Those who have used this company in this area were originally using Primo, which was fine-five stars but then about six weeks ago they merged with ready refresh and I have not seen Water Delivery since they merged. They've made six rescheduling in those six weeks. Impossible to talk to someone at the company I've bought my empties outside waiting for the pick up, find out it's been rescheduled and have to bring the five empties back inside (HOA rules.) ReadyRefresh recently took over PrimoWater whom I have had for quiet some time. The 1st month i gave them grace because they messed up my order delivered twice in the same month so I ended up with a bunch of water bottles. My monthly water is 3 - 5gallon jugs. The following month I happen to be home during delivery and was able to correct my delivery because they were going to leave 3-3gallon jugs. I also noticed that my monthly bill went from $50 to double. After looking into it I realized they were charging me for deliveries I never received. Call customer service, who decided to break it down to me like I am inept. Tells me I don't have a delivery scheduled, even though the app said I did. I get tired and just tell her to close the account. She confirms my account is closed, I wont have a delivery and hangs up the phone. I have to call back because Ma'Am I still need a refund for the deliveries you're saying I received but didn't! Speak with another rep who tells me my request will have to be escalated tot he billing department and they will email me because they don't speak to customers directly. OK? This was all before 11am. At 1p I get a notification that someone is at my front porch, well its the delivery man with the delivery i wasn't scheduled for according to the rep. They drop 5-5gallon jugs, remember my order is for 3. Call to speak with a rep, who proceeds to tell me that I should have cancelled 24 hours before the delivery, DUH! Except 24 hours before i didn't have plans on cancelling my account until i came across the absolute WORST customer service reps, departments don't communicate with one another, & some don't even speak to customers! Now I have 5 water jugs I am only getting refunded for 2 that I have to drink by this Friday when they come back to pick up the machine and empty water jugs. This company price gouges like crazy (so many increases in cost of water and cost of delivery over the past couple of years that I've lost track), and their website is IMPOSSIBLE to use - you choose a delivery day (delivery days being severely limited by your region), and the computer just randomly changes it to some other day, sometimes a week or two prior to the date you booked for delivery! When you FINALLY contact someone (which is always by email, if you're lucky, they never answer the phone), they're full of excuses why "the computer just generated it that way." What? YOU'RE supposed to run your company, not let the computer do it! Every once in a while you'll get a good delivery guy who actually puts the water at your door - half the time, they just plop the boxes in the middle of the driveway or on the lawn. Why?! Ridiculous. After 13 yrs of getting the water delivered I had asked to exchange my water dispenser because it wasn't working properly anymore, they wanted to charge me $100 for a new one. When I told them I wasn't going to pay them because they were just replacing it, & that I didn't want a new one. The agent told me that's what it would cost, so I told them I would cancel my services & all of the sudden it didn't cost $100 anymore. They eventually replaced it at no charge & when I got it, I noticed a dead roach on the bottom of the box that the guy took it out from. I panicked when I saw it but thought ok it's dead. Sometimes you got a nice driver. That's the only positive thing I can say. When we opened this account, three bottles plus our cooler was around $35/month. We finally left when they upped the cooler rental to $15/month and tons of other hidden fees that had our bill up about $70/month for 3 bottles of water. Also, heads up when you go to cancel, they are going to charge you $50 to take the dispenser that they're just going to throw away. I could not believe my last bill was $109 after they delivered 3 bottles I didn't ask for when they took the cooler. Wish I had see all these reviews prior to. every time that I have a delivery, the delivery man leaves my 5 gallon water bottles downstairs in my lobby and never picks up my empty containers. I have specifically noted in my account for delivery instructions is to bring them up to my door and to pick up the empty containers which are also left at my door outside, there are no locks on the doors so I don't understand why the instructions are never followed. every time I call into customer service I'm on hold forever and I never get a clear answer or get to speak to a live representative. Don't ever use Ready Refresh for your bottled water delivery. This is the worst company imaginable since they bought it from Nestle and it was called Poland Spring. We had been with Poland Spring since 1986 and it is 2023 now. Since Nestle sold it to Ready Refresh they have provide no customer service. They sure don't know and don't care about the customer. It is so bad, that they started charging us customers if we called them on the phone for anything. Everything has to be done online. An automated call tells us what date the delivery is. We put your empties out and they never show up. Or they keep calling changing the delivery date. But what finally prompted our inertia to finally get rid of them is that I saw 3 days ago their delivery truck in my neighborhood, all over the streets, even on the street next to us. But they didn't come to us and we had been without water already for 2 weeks. And we know we are not the only ones with this complaint. We also didn't realize how much more expensive they are than other companies. I am writing this review so that you can spare yourselves the aggravation of dealing with this people. Bad companies should go out of business, this company does. Before, they used Covid as an excuse for not having delivery drivers or people to answer the phone. I don't know what excuse they have now. We have used North Fork Water for many years with no problems. A few months ago the company was sold to Ready Refresh. NEVER, NOT ONCE since they took over have we received our delivery when promised. They have an automated system that calls and says, "We won't be able to deliver". In almost two months, they have only actually delivered one time! We go to the store and purchase bottled water. We are currently looking for another distributor in the East Hampton, New York area. I've had the service for a year and a half and as everyone says to contact them is difficult at best. I had to get a new debit card a few months ago and Ready Fresh was the only company I had automatic payments with so recently I had to pay directly possible a few weeks after my water delivery and they billed me a $20 late fee! I was steamed but to add insult to injury the $38.+ bill was already paid and now the $20 late fee became $40! This company is horrible. Let me preface this by saying I go out of my way to NOT write negative reviews. But this one this one takes the cake. They are liars. They will take more money than they say. I agreed to a price and my first refill come us my bottles are outside waiting to be replaced and somehow my order is canceled! So now we have a bubbler and no water. I called to get it straightened out and the price I agreed to they cannot give me because "thats a one time offer" even though when I signed up the lady said it was for the life of my active account. As long as I order each month it stays active. The first lady I talked to was super nice and said she would fix it gave me as close as she could get to the price it was within a dollar so I said thats fine its not $20 more! She transfered me to billing to get it locked in because again it is what I was promised and No we cannot do that. It is literally cheaper for me to go buy individual water bottles than to have this service at this point. Exactly what I was trying to escape. We live in the city and the water is heavily chlorinated. This company lost my service as well as those that I had previously told about it as you can bet I will NOT be letting my friends and family be subjected to this utter nonsense. As a company the business practice is not sound. Do not lie to your customers (you literally had multiple life long customers that will not be using your service as we are trying to reduce our footprint not be swindled). We signed on to Poland spring home water delivery in 2005. We never had any issue. Recently, since company changed to ready fresh or whatever, their service has become terrible. Last week, someone came and left the water in my driveway despite clear instruction to put in the front door. Then we called the company, after jumping through hoofs, we found someone who said, Thursday someone will come and bring the bottles to the house. This morning a African American guy came. Nastiest human being I have met. He refused to bring the bottle to the house. When I asked his name he refused to give. I took his picture. I am going to call the company. In the meantime, if you guys know any other good company who can help me with home delivery. I am thinking to change company. read more

Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water Company is a division of Nestle Waters. I purchased four of the 3 Liter bottles from a local retailer. I put the bottles in the backseat of my car for an hour or so. When I came back to my car to remove the bottles, I could smell smoke. I picked up the bottles only to find burn marks on my seat. I believe that the bottles caused some sort of magnification with the sun and burned my seat. Some of the burn marks have holes burned through. I called the company to report what had happened. They offered me $50.00 for this issue. I turned down the offer and they started a claim with a company called Sedgwick. I called Sedgwick and they offered me $100.00. I turned down their offer and tried to submit an estimate for damages to my seat. They didn't care to see the estimate and said they could only give me $100.00. The estimate came to nearly four hundred dollars. As of today, nothing has been settled. I reported this issue to Consumer Affairs. PLEASE BE CAREFUL NOT TO LEAVE PLASTIC BOTTLES IN YOUR CAR.
