Bobby was my salesman and I was very impressed (especially as a former retail employee who sold furniture and pitched them). He explained everything and answered all questions with patience. He also made numerous points in conversation to make a genuine connection with me. Being incredibly personable. They basically met me halfway with my target price goal and performed some loops that (in my honest opinion) seemed pretty considerable. Dylan the financial guy was super down to earth and personable. He could clearly tell I was nervous as hell and had a way of being down to earth that helped me relax. Overall, I'm incredibly impressed and pleased with my entire visit. I'm also VERY pleased with their lifetime warranty. I felt like a valued customer and like I got the 5 star treatment. After the service, the owner of the shop stood with me and my partner in front of my vehicle and showed me all of the different components within my engine, found an issue with my oil and taught me how to keep it at bay until we could get it fixed, and really explained everything in detail with patience. I had to pay to tow it back myself, only to be told by the dealership that they "reset the code" and the car was "fine." Of course, the same issue happened again a week later. I took it to BMW, where they replaced 8 solenoids, 8 plugs, and 4 injectors. On top of that? * The convertible top stopped working * The alarm randomly goes off and won't stop * You can't even lock the car And the dealership? Totally unhelpful. They wouldn't take responsibility at all. Terrible business practices. I would never buy from them again, and I'd advise others to stay far away.

I purchased a brand new 2024 Honda Civic hatchback from this location and have had a couple issues…read morewith it since purchase. The first issue was a water leak when it rained. I took it there several times before they were able to discover the issue. The service representative I dealt with was Justin Brown. He absolutely agreed with me that there was a leak and was as determined as I was to find the issue and get it fixed. Turns out it was an issue that all Honda Civic hatchbacks had and Honda came out with a resolution. I had my car back for regular service and did not deal with Justin but another representative and the experience was not the same. I was sorely disappointed and called to speak with the Service Manager about my disappointing experience. The manager said that in the future I could deal directly with Justin Brown. Recently I had an issue with my air conditioning system not blowing really cold air. I called and spoke with Justin about the issue. He arranged an appointment for me to come in when it was convenient for me. Justin had the system checked and it was determined that the ac compressor was the issue. It was a $3,000.00 repair and it was no longer under warranty. Justin told me he would contact Honda about it and see if they would be willing to cover the cost, due to the car being a 2024 model and only having 49k on it. He said "I would expect it to last longer than that." The next day Justin contacted me and said Honda would cover all but $100.00 of the cost. He stated that if they didn't charge me anything, they couldn't give me a warranty. I was pleased with the outcome and Justin's experience and understanding in dealing with this situation. A $100.00 to me for a 3k repair was as though I was paying a deductible on an insurance policy. I also received a 4 year / 48k mile warranty on the new compressor. Unfortunately Justin is only one person and he cannot be everyone's Service Representative, but consider yourself lucky if you do get him as yours. Justin is by far the best employee I have ever dealt with in any department of any car dealership. East Coast Honda is blessed to have him.

They really try to add things to repair even when the recent report from them shows there is nothing wrong. When I confront them on this, there is conveniently no real way to figure out which report is correct. At this point, so many issues it seems intentional and I think the BBB needs to look into this dealership. I am selling my car soon and will be going back to Toyota. Also, go online to see potential deals because they will never show you or be aware of them. Tried to charge me 90+$ for an oil change and I said no there is an afternoon special where it's cheaper.

I guess the only way they sell cars is if you need credit and pay the full sticker price that ask on used cars. Terrible experience
