So, after reading all the reviews - I finally decided to check out Triple Tree Center. The place is easy to find and the staff was very friendly, and the environment was clean and tidy. The prices are quite affordable and I look forward to checking out their other services. I got a table AccuPoint table massage and let me tell you - this isn't your normal everyday massage. Today, I can feel every inch of my body and my pelvis hurts. With that being said, I am pretty sure I am hurting in a good way - but I'll definitely let you know. I have had several massages all around town and this is the first one that left me actually in a love/hate state the following day. As I mentioned, it's not your every day massage. The woman started with my head, and worked her way down my back, and then to my legs. She then asked me to turn over, face up, and she massages your face. She did this kind of different ear thing, and I didn't too much like her inside my ears, but I played along. The only other thing I didn't care for, was she massaged by belly too, and I'm not sure of any American woman who'd be comfortable with that, but it wasn't physically uncomfortable. Like I said, I played along, as I knew it wouldn't last too long and overall the experience was good. I will definitely be back to check out the reflexology next!! read more

LOVE THIS PLACE. It's super calming and the people are so kind and thorough. The price is amazing. You can get cheaper in that area, but I've never desired to go anywhere else. The owner is adorable. And he says to put your phone to "vibration" instead of silent... and I think it's super sweet. That doesn't say much to the massage but that's great too. You get to keep your clothes on but they still do an amazing full body work. If your offended by buttocks massage.... this may not for you. They go pretty ham. But hey, you carry a lot of stress in your booty. So why not? read more

I picked this place because of good reviews! BIG MISTAKE! I call and asked if they have 2 available appointments - they says yes, I let them know I would be there in 10 minutes. I get a call 8 minutes later as I am turning in the parking lot - telling me, I no longer had an appointment and to come back in 30 minutes! Finally had the chance to return and disappointed my experience wasn't as great as it was my first time my bff came with me both times and she also agreed that the service wasn't as good as our first time, I'm sure it's because we had different masseuse taking care of us but everyone should offer the same level of service. Me and my gf went here on Friday evening. The massages were perfect and the staff was very nice. The only problem I had, which I let the staff known when leaving, was the temperature, it was extremely cold in the room, for someone like me who sets the home AC to 68 and has the ceiling fan running every night as I go to bed. I have been visiting Triple Tree Center for over 1 1/2 years, and Mary is always my go to therapist. Mary gives one of the best sport massages in Houston, and a 90 minute massage runs around $70 not including tip. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mary, and as long as she is with Triple Tree Center I will not go anywhere else for my massage therapy needs. read more

My first massage here. I'm traveling and not local. I was able to get a same day appointment and had James as my masseuse. He was simply amazing! I requested deep tissue and James was so accommodating to my painful areas, giving more attention where needed. The only thing I hated was that I am not nearby to see him regularly! Been coming to Triple Tree center for years! This is the best place in China town to get a great massage. Very clean & professional. My favorite massage therapist is Linda after going to her regularly she knowns how to work out all my sore muscles and adjust me back to place. Typically get a deep tissue sports massage. Have recommended my gf , office manager and both prefer the softer touch; so let her know the style you need. When injured , Linda has even done some cupping on my back and shoulders to help relieve the pain. I was skeptical at first of cupping, but a few days later , you can feel the effects. Next time you need to recharge make sure you come here, can't beat the quality , service, and price! read more

This place usually does a great job. Went in for a combo massage with two coworkers during lunch and the staff (all men) came in smelling like smoke and cigarettes. When the massage started we thought they would have cleaned themselves up but they didn't, we had cigarette smelling hands massaging our shoulders and head, it wasn't great. My mistake wasn't asking them to get a different person or deep clean their hands, it was a real turn off and I probably won't ever return. read more

Had a wonderful time here yesterday--visiting my mother in Houston, and she was complaining of various ailments. Did some research and decided on this place for reflexology [explaining what that was to her (she trained in physical therapy, but eons ago) was interesting]. Getting there was stressful, due to tons of construction on Bellaire. I called twice to change the reservation as the time ticked onwards, but Christopher [I believe that is his name] was always gracious and flexible about it. Inside, everything was peaceful, quiet, with lovely grave notes that helped me to relax and discard the stress of earlier. Both my mother and I had very strong and skilled therapists. I do prefer massages on skin and not through clothes, as I personally would be concerned about accidentally applying pressure incorrectly to the spine without the feedback of exactly where everything is located, but they navigated everything successfully. Mom mentioned enjoying the massage oil, specifically one that was put on her neck, that warmed things up [I did not experience the warming lotion personally], and that she would like to buy some, but she waited until after we'd left to say this, so I am not sure if they sell it, but most likely they do. Had a wonderful experience, would absolutely go back if I lived in Houston (though I admit to being happy I no longer do), and will definitely recommend my mother returns solo or otherwise! read more

So I came here for my first massage and I wasn't pleased. I was expecting to feel stress free and relaxed after everything was over but that wasn't the case. Based on the reviews I've read, I've learned that Chinese people bought the company which now makes sense because they couldn't really speak English (or Vietnamese) so when I had questions they couldn't answer them. I felt like for $50 they should've done better. I hear around this area they only charged $20-30 for the same one hour massage. For this price the service should've been wayyyyyy better. After what felt like an hour or so, the masseuse left the room without saying anything so I assumed the massage was over so I got dressed and was ready to leave but then she came back into the room. She said she wasn't done yet and told me to go back under the towel. So for the rest of the time I was pretty mad because she never gave me clear instructions for anything. The only good thing I experienced was them massaging out my knots and I wanted to ask how the condition of my back was but I didn't even bother because she never said bye when I left or even asked how the massage was. Trust me, I know my reflexology places to go to in Houston, as you will see I am Duke at some of the more popular places. This was actually the very first place I went to years ago, and it has all come full circle. They charge $30 for an hour instead of most places that charge $20-$25, but that extra money is worth it in quality of service and facilities. The owner Peter is actually a trainer and re-trains his employees every Tuesday when they are closed. He is very knowledgeable as a business owner and reflexologist and can explain in detail the benefits and advantages of reflexology. read more

I have never felt so relaxed and comfortable. Out of 4 visits total, I've had 2 VERY BAD experiences with the manager/owner. Today takes the cake. The women massaging me and my mom were simply rubbing us down with lotion. No pressure. At all. Selected this place solely on Yelp reviews. Scheduled appointments for 10am on a Friday for 3. We were about 10 mins late so were advised that our massages wouldn't be the full hour because they had appts for 11. Walked into the massage area and our masseurs were waiting on us. Dimly lit room, nice decor, warm water for our feet, soft music playing, comfortable massage chairs! My massage was a little rough for my temples and neck area, but perfect for my legs, back, and feet. The total wasn't less 15 minutes, but I guess that was our fault? Not sure as a business owner that I wouldn't have knocked a few bucks off, especially for first time customers. We were given the punch card which gives you the 10th massage free. I will be returning here for more massages because I'm not big on change. Maybe I can try other mas duets here until I find one that I really like. read more

Not terrible, not the best. My therapist got upset when I gave him feedback and got lazy towards the end even though the place was empty, so I know his hands were not tired. I usually drop a $20 tip on a deep tissue massage: since I only got half a deep tissue massage I tipped appropriately. It's so frustrating when therapists don't know how to apply pressure.
