So I started searching for IV therapy in the Las Vegas area. I didn't realize that IV Rescue was mobile (probably due to the hangover,) so I just showed up at their office (which is normally just for office stuff and not for giving people IVs!) But Marshall took great care of me and made me feel at home anyway. I've got very small and rolling veins, and the dehydration wasn't helping either of those. So Marshall definitely had a challenge (along with me being a big pansy) but he did eventually find a vein in my hand. He talked me through the whole process and assured me that will all of his years of experience in the medical field, I be fine. With my situation, Marshall thought the IV that had all of the vitamins and the additional B12 shot would help me feel my best for that evening, and it definitely did. We went hard again that night and I woke up Sunday morning feeling like I'd had a peaceful evening at home chugging water. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend IV Rescue to anyone feeling hungover or dehydrated. I wish there was a similar service back home (Marshall did say they are currently in the process of expanding around the US) but I'll absolutely be coming back to them next time I party it up in Vegas.

I was put off by the medical boxes sitting on the dirty ground in front of the office, weeds sprouting through the concrete, and dirty looking exterior. That should have been my cue to leave, but I figured I should not judge a book by its cover, especially since I'd traveled so far across town. Upon entering, I noticed the inside looked dusty and unkept as well. The front desk agent had no record of an appointment with me and asked if I booked with a medspa. I showed her the series of text confirmations, and she kept getting frustrated and walking to the back offices. The office is oddly configured, and the access to the medical offices is wide open, which was another red flag from a privacy/ cleanliness standpoint. I ended up walking out due to a lack of coordination and cleanliness standards. Don't waste your time here. If they can't keep an office clean and inviting, I can't trust them to use clean tools on my body.

This was the second time that Monica has helped me with my migraine. I messaged her this morning, asking if she had a spot open today. She responded quick and was able to squeeze me in. She gave me a migraine cocktail which I desperately needed since I woke up with 10 out of 10 pain. I appreciate how she personalizes the care, considering the needs and preferences of the client which is how it should be. Aside from her quality work, her company is also good to have. She's tremendously nice and caring. She even follows up on her clients to make sure they are doing well. Although we were not able to utilize her services, her positivity and professionalism was truly appreciated. She gave me fake Russian dolls lips, with a sharpe ledge/edge and tons of lumps and visible bumps. When I asked her to fix them, she was mean and horrible to me!! she berated me and fought with me about dissolving what she had done! STAY AWAY!!! Her page says over and over that she specializes is natural looking lips and in my case it couldn't be farther from the truth!! If you have an issue with her work, she will fight with you, blame you, make you feel guilty, deny anything being wrong, mock you, criticize you, and I'm my case make me feel so awful that I cried hysterically for the rest of the appointment.... My lips are bigger than I wanted them and worst of all I have visible lumps and bumps all over the top lip which she still claimed would ago away over the next couple months. Dr kubal is a pretty good doctor for general practice. He used to be in Henderson but opened his…read moreown practice in 2014. The office is very small. They do have walk ins on Fridays. I have never had to wait over 30 minutes to see him. He always makes time to listen to all of your concerns. I was impressed that he was well versed and knowledgeable in a rare prior condition that I had. They will charge a no show fee if you do not show to your appointment. The office is shared with a sleep study facility.

Dr. Kubal charged her $100 cash and filled the form. On 09/21/2018, my mother went to her naturalization interview, the officer told her that her N-684 from was filled incorrectly. After the interview, we went to Dr. Kubal's clinic, he insisted that he had to charge my mother an other $150 to correct the same form. We went his clinic a few times, but Dr. Kubal refused to correct the form unless he got paid. Even his associate Dr. Kamoj told us that my mother shouldn't get charged for the same paper. Due to Dr. Kubal's greedy, my mother failed on her naturalization.
