Wow!! Trips Exterminating is absolutely awesome! Where do I begin? They answered the phone the first time I called (on a Sunday when everyone else is closed). Gave me pricing over the phone, and scheduled for the next day. Alex was on time, polite, courteous and truly went above and beyond! He even let me know when he was on his way. He patched up some areas I mentioned I thought bugs could get in. He totally didn't have to do that. What blew me away was he even painted it to match my existing wire mesh a very kind thing to do seeing as how my house is old and desperately needs a complete paint job. Two nights ago we heard a series rapid footsteps and guttural speech reverberating off our roof /attics not unlike those of the vampires/zombie in "I am Legend". We immediately armed ourselves with our gears regretting that garlic and holy water was not in our arsenal knowing that we have nothing to destroy the unnatural entities clamoring to devour us. After our panic passed, we realized that we were invaded by a clan of Racoons in the attic. We managed to get a hold of Alex at Trips Exterminating. After getting 3 estimates and doing a TON of research on the internet, I chose trips exterminating to rid my house of dry wood termites. Alex was great! On time, very detail oriented and thorough. He not only treated all the wood in my house for termites but also repaired a broken board in the attic I was not aware of, did a full pest control for the stupid crickets we have been plagued with, and even added a board to a saggy area of my patio cover that made him nervous!!
