Alex is the person you want to call for all your pest issues. We had crazy bird mite issue (never about them before). They were pretty hard to kill. Had to do weekly sprays (whole home) and eventually fogging to get rid of them. Alex showed up, got rid of pigeons nest that brought bird mites, sealed the space to prevent future nesting and pretty much sprayed whole home roof for any possible infestation. He did an awesome job. Set up traps in the problem areas. Sealed off all the little entry ways to the attic and garage. While he was here he actually was able to catch 2 mice. He was really communicative. He texted us during appropriate times. He was very knowledgable and reasonable. He cleaned up after himself. Definitely took his time. I think he was here almost 3 hours. He included a 6 month warranty so basically he'll come out every week or every other week and check everything for you. I would recommend him to anyone. We found a few bees in my daughter's room over two days, we called around for some quotes but many of the companies would not schedule an appointment if there were no signs of activity (example: bees entering/exiting from holes in the house, a hive, or a ball of bees attached to the exterior of the house). We could not find any activity around the exterior but we still had a problem with bees getting into the house, Alex and his team were the only ones to offer to come do an in person inspection and offer a quote and a solution. Alex checked in the crawl space above my daughter's room and determined that a hive had not been built and that there was not a swarm of bees, but did find some points of entry that the bees could have entered through, so he offered a quote to seal up and fix these issues to hopefully prevent any more bees from entering. read more

We noticed that birds were starting to nest in a gap in our rooftop, and we could hear them scurrying around in the attic from our bedroom. We reached out for help - Alex came over on short notice, removed the nest before it was completed and sealed the area off with mesh. He was efficient, informative, and thorough - after a go-around of our house, we found other places in which birds would be able to climb into the rooftop, and sealed them all off, as well. Yes, Alex was prompt. I requested an inspection only, which he did. The problem was that he did not do a great job in the inspection, as later told by our building maintenance personnel. He should have inspected in the space between my ceiling and the roof tiles of the apartment building where i heard the noise before he left. He had access and approval to do this. The pictures that were taken by him were somewhat vague. So, now I will not be reimbursed the $125 inspection fee from the apartment property management which was charged by his company. I read more
