Dearest Trish, First, an apology because I have been meaning to write a review for over 3 months! My procrastination habit has been hard to break, but with your coaching I have finally been able to take small steps daily to build self-trust so that I can be consistent with my goals and self-care. Words cannot express how much you have changed my life in just a 2-month period. The progress I see in myself is UNBELIEVEABLE. Twenty-Five years of psychiatry and medication never got me results like this. But that doesn't matter because in the long run they brough me to you. You are a child of God. You were meant to be here. A little transparency :) When I first listened, I was so jealous of how pretty you are! Envious of how on top of things you are and your successful life.
