I called to see what I missed ... she blocked me ... so I couldn't even get a courtesy notice of what I did wrong or what my kids did wrong .I thought we were good --- we talked out the one difference we had ... and we continued just fine. I was really blindsided by this. My kids have no day care now - and I work a full time job. Mommies out here -- if you chose Gillian just be aware that this could be you. I get triggered every morning because my daughter loved her and asks me why she can't go there anymore . It really hurt my feelings but I really keep replaying the last 6 weeks over and over trying to understand how I missed the signs This has been the most unprofessional experience I've ever had!!! They are all absolutely wonderful, especially the Director Caroline and the Assistant Director Liza. Staff go out of their way to assist with difficult transitions and they even show up to birthday parties when invited! I was a sceptic of the Montessori based curriculum but after seeing my kids make huge progress, love learning and teaching us things they learned, and really THRIVE, I am an avid believer. I have worked with them and I believe I have been extremely patient. Whenever you mention compensation for services they are no longer providing the owner mention she has to pay her staff. Primrose is short staff and lack quality teachers. Teachers appear to be young and uninterested in the development of young children. Owner lacks experience as well. She appears to be making thing up as she goes. In my opinion, to keep mentioning you have to pay your staff is in poor taste and she has no regards for parents and the amount of money being spent. I would pull my child out but because it is mid/end of school year I am letting her finish. I do not plan to do business with them again. Very disappointed.

He is always cheerful and excited to see Mrs. Deborah and her team. The genuine care, patience, and inviting smile she offers the children daily are evident in every interaction.
