I've painfully taken my mother here monthly for over a year and really tried with them .., the staff is just poor to say the least and cannot manage well I'm reporting to board Monday I dont think they care anyways Thank you Margo I was told this morning that you no longer do confirmation by texting and that service was no longer offered... also no worries, My mother will not be back there... Absolutely sad to write a review like this but my hair got completely butchered. I went in for a trim with Alyssa and expressed that I wanted to add more layers, face framing, and trim my bangs . I showed her how many inches (1- 1.5 inches ) I wanted removed and pointed out my already existing layers. What was suppose to be a quick trim with no blow dry ended up taking an hour and forty five minutes . She kept cutting, thinning, and trying to "texturize" my hair. She took off 4 inches making it's choppy, uneven, jaded ends with no layers. I will now need to pay for another stylist to fix my hair. Absolutely disappointed in my experience. read more

I love my hair so much!! I got it dyed and cut by Salina, and she really does take time and care into skillfully hairstyling your hair. She also talked me through everything and made me feel super comfortable as I talked to her about what I wanted for my hair. I felt like I made a big leap with dyeing my hair for the first time and a little "out there" color, but it turned out awesome and my friends compliment my hair all the time haha. 04/06/2019 I had Infinity Hair Salon do both my and my wedding parties hair and makeup. Leading up to the big day I would email Margot multiple times over weeks before receiving a response. Perhaps that was a red flag, however I decided her lack of professionalism had no bearing on the stylists work. I want to start off by giving our stylist a shoutout - the two individuals were extremely professional. Now to the NEED-TO-KNOWs: We were provided 2 stylist for 7 individuals receiving both hair and makeup. There were a series of issues stemming from not having enough stylists for the allotted amount of time: 1. Individuals were completely rushed through the process. My mom in particular wanted assistance in styling her hair (a service of which we PAID for) and she was brushed off in order to get to the others in the group 2. By the time we had to leave, the girls who had her hair curled earlier in the morning had flat hair 3. We were so rushed before leaving that girls were literally getting flowers pinned in their hair as others were out the door. None of us had time to review and adjust flowers as needed. Although it may sound minor, having the flowers was an intrusive piece of our accessorizing. 4. I was so unhappy with my makeup that I had to redo it myself on a moving shuttle on the way to pictures 5. Lastly, and most importantly, because of us running late, everything in our timeline got pushed. The entire afternoon we had to shuffle everything because of the late start. This led to a huge amount of stress and we were almost late to the ceremony. I specifically stated in several emails that we all wanted airbrush. Upon arriving at my trial Margot had none of the foundation ready for airbrush. She then blamed me for the miscommunication, even though we had email proof that airbrush had been requested. The entire wedding party was extremely disappointed this was not prepared for us. I have asked for an itemized invoice for the work done and have yet to receive it. MOST IMPORTANTLY! I provided all of this feedback to Margot and after THREE WEEKS and THREE FOLLOW-UPS I have not heard back. Bride and wedding parties and/or larger groups do yourself a favor and avoid Infinity Hair Salon. read more

Fawna did my balayage and I absolutely love love love it! First off, she had me come in for a consultation beforehand to look at my hair and gave me treatment to use the night before, so we had a clean slate to work on. She knows exactly what she's talking about and is extremely knowledgeable! She knows her stuff :D Then, I come in and she goes to work right away. We ended up spending 6 hours coloring my hair because my hair took some time to pull the color. But she worked so hard to get the color I wanted, literally strand by strand!! Then she spent almost a whole other hour blow drying and styling my hair so I can see both straight and curly, which I thought was very sweet. I ended up buying shampoo & conditioner as well as purple shampoo from the shop, based on her recommendation, and they were very affordable. Fawna is incredibly sweet and works really hard! Her dedication inspires me. I love love love the color and would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone wanting balayage. read more

Mayra is a true hair artist. I've been to so many higher end salons and came out with mediocre hair styles and color. I moved La Quinta in July and went to two other "high end" salons in Palm Desert and was really disappointed. I needed a hair change so I came across Mayra through Yelp. She spent quiet a bit of time going over different cut and color ideas. My hair was really long and outdated but I was nervous about changing the color I had for years and cutting my hair. A few months ago, I decided to go from long-hair past my shoulders, to a pixie cut -- dramatic change! I had a friend do the first cut, but I wasn't super happy with the look and wanted to find someone who had some experience cutting short styles for women. Jelena came up in my search and I'm SOOOOOO freakin' happy that I found her!!! I highly recommend this salon! Annie Hoffman is my hair dresser there, and she is fabulous! She is great at correcting color (I am a blond, and my hair had a lot of brassiness.) and is always trying to improve it. When I leave each time, I feel like a new person! I found this salon on yelp and sent a message to the owner Margo who responded in a timely fashion. She matched me up to Annie based on the information I gave her about my hair. She was confident that Annie could meet my needs and told me that Annie, too, was a blond. I have been extremely happy. Rosie did a root touchup and blow out for me when I was visiting family there. She did a great job. She matched the color perfectly and covered all the grays. The blowout was nice and lasted several days. Only feedback would have been to mix more color ahead of time - I have a lot of hair and she ended up having to mix up color for me 3 times because she did not mix enough in the first place. Annie is excellent, I went in wanting curtain bangs and layers to frame my face/give some volume. She did just that I am so happy with my hair. I will never cut my hair here again this place if super overpriced!!! I came in for a Long bob hair cut and the lady ended up cutting it all one length short! When I went to pay she charged me 65 dollars!! To just mess up my hair! I've been to other places that are cheaper and cut my hair just the way I asked.
