He did not understand the unique nails at shingle above the gutters (they are epoxied ribbed nails). He also was creepy and took pictures of our interior and bedrooms. HW Roofing drove all the way from the North Shore to Aiea, got up onto the roof at 10:30pm in the rain and wind to cover hole and came back the next day to fix it. I don't know too many contractors that would do something like that -- it was lifesaver. The second was this past week. We had to re-roof the house and waterproof the garage and lanai roofs. It took four days even with the rain; the quote was affordable (even after replacing some boards), the crew was friendly and they did a good job cleaning up too. Would definitely work with them again. :D
