So they rescheduled again. When I showed up, they tried to reschedule YET AGAIN- because there was SNOW IN MY TRUCK BED. I took the keys, backed it out to the edge of the parking lot, shoveled it out by hand, and then drove back in. They are finally doing it. When we called them about the warranty, they said they would only send us the faulty glass inserts and that we would have to find someone to replace them. (so much for a warranty!!) However, the windshield began leaking water on one side recently so I called and asked if they could take a look. The person I spoke with seemed put out that I called but after brief discussion stated they could test it Thursday after 4 and to just come by as no appointment was needed. I went by as planned and the door was locked. After calling both numbers I reached an employee who said they "left for a while" and someone would probably be back soon, about 10-20 minutes. I agreed to sit and wait. Multiple employees did return after almost 30 minutes but no one spoke or acknowledged I was there and the door remained locked. After several more minutes I left. As of now, even after leaving a voicemail with my number, I have not heard back. I got the distinct impression they were purposely avoiding checking my windshield for issues that might be their workmanship. I'm not sure what happened but I was really disappointed because the original experience was very good. I guess if you have work done that develops an issue it would be best not to expect to receive the same good treatment as when the work is originally done.
