Safelite blamed that mishap on me, and rescheduled for me to drive the 30 miles to them. It snowed 2 days before- and even though the roads were clear and I could get to work- they could not. So they rescheduled again. When I showed up, they tried to reschedule YET AGAIN- because there was SNOW IN MY TRUCK BED. I took the keys, backed it out to the edge of the parking lot, shoveled it out by hand, and then drove back in. They are finally doing it.
