New roof and a great roof over the 20 x 25 patio about three years ago. Mark Gilliday was our estimator and our project manager. On site most every day and the days he wasn't he called to let me know - plus I know enough about construction and code to be comfortable if he had to step away for a bit. When he initially bid he even put the CAD drawing out for us (ha even put in a shade line so we could see how it would fall). Made a GREAT suggestion on the roof line to add light and visibility. They were not the cheapest, but not high by much. Close enough to run with someone I felt comfortable with. This is the first time in my 30 years of owning several homes I've ever let anyone do improvements - because I know how to do them and too many contractors out there do not. or if they do they won't do whats right. We are now getting closer to closing in the patio area for a 4 seasons sunroom and i'm about to call.

The quality of work was a great value to our home. A few points for future homeowners using this excellent roofing company: 1) Never pay with a credit card due to third party merchant fees of 3% (@$600 for me) because once you select credit card payment, it's done! Always pay by ACH or check! and 2) Ask the roofing crew not to park their waste shingles dump truck in front of your garage to throw off roof. All your doors and ways to leave will be blocked all day. Park your car(s) outside your driveway. Finally (3) the roofing crew does clean up all day long, if it's windy those shingles plastic bags will be blown all over the neighborhood.
