I typically don't leave reviews but today I want to share my experience with Three stone roofing. It's been a month since they completed my roof and with this huge storm that recently come by I wasnt even worried and I have no leak! They come out to inspect my roof for free about 2 months ago and was able to get me approved by insurance. I had a previous leak and I needed help. TJ was the sales rep and he handled everything with the insurance and spoke with my father regarding the process to install a new roof. He was so patient with me and helped pick the colors and set expectations. A week or so later they had Simon the install manager come out to install the new roof and he was amazing and he met every expectation and more! He had great communication skills, he spoke with my father throughout the process because I was at work all day. He sent us drone shots of every step that he took to insure a leak free roof and backed it up with multiple photos. What's so amazing to me is that this whole company are Christian based and speaking with Simon, we shared a lot of Christian song recommendations and shared our stories on how we got saved, etc. I had so many roofing company's knock on my door and I did my homework and im glad I went with Three Stone Roofing! Our 15 year old roof was damaged after a recent hailstorm. Conner, of Three Stone Roofing arrived the morning after the hail damage and requested to survey our roof. From that point forward everything was easy. He provided information to our insurance and got the approval to move forward. He scheduled a meeting with us to select the materials. Athena set up the date for our installation and material delivery. Austin arrived with the dream team on the very hot morning of installation. They were all proffesional roofers. Austin provided key communication and step by step coverage of the installation complete with aerial drone photography. Fortunately, the entire team were all professionals who have cracked the code for stress-free roof replacement. Near the end of the day the clean up was amazing with magnetic nail removal from yard and driveway. Seriously, there were no indications (landscape, shrubs, deck furniture, gutters, etc) that the roof was completely removed and replaced until you looked up! TJ Walton handled everything from insurance claim, worked with us to select the best color for our house, and was with us every step to prepare for the new roof. A day prior to installation, Jacob, the Project manager contacted us to be sure we were properly prepared for the supplies to be delivered. Jacob and the team that installed our roof was exceptional. Oh my gosh You guys are the absolute best! First of all my roof looks AMAZING! The color is perfect and the texture reminds me of a gingerbread house. My roof was damaged during the horrendous ice storm that hit Nashville. The insurance company sent out an adjuster and gave me a ridiculou$ low offer. I had three companies provide estimates and found Three Stone (not the cheapest) to be the best choice. They worked tirelessly with the ins company and increased their offer seven times that of the original. My home is a logistical nightmare to work on, presenting numerous challenges. Along the way we encountered necessary modifications which they performed with no increase in cost. My new roof is maintenance free and should last fifty years or more, compared to traditional 30yr material. It looks as good as natural cedar shake. Choosing the right contractor is always a gamble.
