He used bleach on my awning without my approval and I have spots all over my deck and my railings! He did not tell me that he was going to use bleach. You can't use bleach on ipe wood. I had my awning cleaned by a few other companies in the past and they never left splotches on my deck. Brendan also didn't clean my fence. He only cleaned the gates and told me that I never asked him to clean the fence. Brendan was very, very nasty when I questioned him. He told me that the way to solve this is for me to pay him more money for him to try to clean my deck. If I wanted my deck cleaned I would have hired him to clean it. He is refusing to come back to put sand in my driveway as well. Now I have to pay to put in a brand new deck because there is no way to get out bleach stains on my deck and make it look uniform and even. My deck looks absolutely awful the way he left it. Brendan also somehow got yellow marks all over my awning. The pictures do not show how bad my deck and awning actually look. Be sure to ask Brendan for proof of liability insurance if you decide to use him. But I strongly advise against using him.

Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.

The price was very fair for the amount of work performed especially since I know the sealer is quite expensive. Not only do I recommend them but I have saved his info for next time.
