When we bought the house we currently live in, it was recommended that we did foundation repairs. The Triton group showed up on time, in a very cold but sunny December day. We served them hot chocolate to stay warm & they appreciated that AND did not litter. They began the job immediately and at a few points asked if my husband and I wanted to come outside & receive a visual explanation of the work they were doing. The coolest part was that they got us outside & we watched the house's biggest crack slowly come back together with some pressurized machine they have for the piers. It was very cool to witness. No more visible house crack! The only "con" I would write about are the 2 piles of dirt next to my foundation where they dug up and added the piers. They made a nice pile and cleaned up but now I'm not sure what to do with the mounds. Do I mash them back down? Do I wheel the dirt away? Just unsure haha. Near our front walkway they had to cut into some concrete and they poured a new square over it and while it dried we signed our initials and that made the house feel like ours. We called Triton to get a bid on some foundation issues that we were having. They came out and gave us a very reasonable bid. A crew of six came out and installed the piers and they even let us watch the crack coming together in our brick, which is great. The crew was very efficient. We bought a 1979 built home in Piedmont. Triton came for the initial foundation inspection/survey there were some minor issues. But, we are extremely happy with our home. We noticed some crackling sounds last month during a cold snap and they came out again and an assured us all was well. Very professional. Courteous. Punctual. Texting their eta. NO CHARGE. We asked for a Quote for a house we were selling. They gave us a quote that was so high and ridiculous we had to get second and third opinions. This company is just out to rob you blind. Extremely deceitful company who doesn't stand behind their work or warranties. We used Triton on our house because we noticed a few cracks on the outside of the house. They came in and over sold us on the number of piers we needed and charged us about $13,000 which was a lot but they said they do quality work and have warranties. Foundation work is not visible work and they take advantage of that. Only 6-9 months later we started finding major cracks inside the house with door not closing and cabinets displaced and cracks that were extremely concerning for everyone's safety. We tried to use the warranty and also just work with them to resolve the situation but they totally denied they had caused the problem that never existed before they did their work. One of their own employees warned us that they are like that and a structural company told us they have a reputation of lying and doing "cosmetic" work that looks ok for a few months but then falls apart, but it was a little too late at that point for us. The owner is as arrogant as you get and only wants to sell you what you don't need. We are very disappointed. We are in litigation and looks like we have a strong case but I wanted to warn others about using them. I am very puzzled by some of these good reviews and would bet they are friends and employees. WALK AWAY FROM USING THEM. There are lots of reputable foundation companies out there, they are not one of them. Remember their response to this will be a PR piece because that's all they are capable of with not foundation, no pun intended. read more

We inherited the work that Triton had done for our house under the previous owner. They have been responsive, quick to assist, and honored the original work they did for the house. They had the opportunity for potentially 'up-selling our home and were honest in letting us know the home was not in need of any further work. read more

David the salesman came estimated draw the plan and we signed a contract. Then the office emailed me said this is the second job of the day on Wednesday will call me when they head that way. No one called, email or texted. I do not live at that property. When I show up there at noon. 5 of 6 employees are sleeping on the floor of my parking. They dug 5 giant holes at the wrong building! When I call the owner, Jeff said they can fill the holes if I were there As the email said this could be totally prevented.They came back filled the holes and refused to complete the contract read more

Triton is a company that does not take responsibility for their mistakes and will talk down to you while they lie to your face. I hired them to do a slab injection and ended up having to replace my flooring. I had a horrible experience and would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Needed an estimate for some repairs. The guy who came out to give the estimate, Bryan, was late to the appointment by over an hour. When he arrived, I had my hands full of boxes so my wife began showing him the problem and I joined them after a couple minutes. He took several shots at me over not being the man of the household and showing him the problem instead of my wife. Then he fobbed us off with some nonsense about what the problem was and told us we didn't need him. He then assigned us "homework" to do to fix the problem ourselves and told us to get to it and left. This was a simple repair job that we didn't have the tools and expertise for and we were willing to pay for 20 minutes of his time to fix the problem, but instead he was late, was condescending and insulting, and left without fixing anything. read more

Triton quoted me a bid and then I signed the contact with them to do the repair work. They came out and let me know that I needed additional work under the house before they could start the job. The additional work was done by another contractor "they" recommended. After the other contractor did the repair work some of the work they were going to perform was already done by the other contractor. But I was going to pay the original contract price I SIGNED with Triton. Brian with Triton Foundation came out with the other recommended contractor "Josh Larson Construction" to make sure the house was ready. Brian with Triton told me it would be no big deal to finish the job and he told me he would take care of scheduling the job. When I called Triton back to see when they scheduled the job, they said they decided not to do the work because they had under bid the job! This is very unprofessional for a business to void a contract with a customer that has already been SIGNED between the two parties! read more
