Without a doubt, when Carmen cooks up a snack or a meal with her Dominican flare, it is just the best. And the wine suits our taste perfectly. The Pinot Blanc and the Rose are terrific, but the Viognier is equalIy as good, crisp and sharp, and the Chenin Blanc is a fine representation of easy whites. The reds serve well, and although I seldom drink reds, I particularly like their Cuvée, a very nice blend. The friendly atmosphere compliments the wine and the outdoor area is quite nice for an afternoon respite. read more

We made a reservation for 5pm, they apparently don't do wine flights on weekends? Then we tasted wine and ordered a bottle. Waited 45 minutes before we received said bottle, got 10% off as a "sorry". Took 2 hours from being there to get any food. We were freezing and apparently had the "problem child" outdoor heater that he couldn't light, it took him 2 hours to finally swap it for a heater that worked. Terrible service, pricey. This place is not neighborhood friendly. They refuse to take there sandwich sign out of the bike lane forcing people to go into traffic. I confronted them and they ignored me. Thank God other businesses in Talent aren't this way. They are rude and not very friendly unless you want to buy their wine. Drive by and you can see. read more

Great wines, scenic valley views, and fun tasting stop with gift items. We liked everything we tried and walked away with a Cuvee, a Viognier, and a Cabernet (as good as any found in our Napa and Sonoma home-turf). Many opportunities to find something you like, lots of wines on the tasting menu with a very generous tasting fee! Knowledgable owner who told some good wine-making stories and gave excellent suggestions for other wineries & local gems during our visit. Highly recommend when in the Ashland area. p.s. - re: dog comment; we had our dog too & just walked him briefly around the grounds, didn't bring into the tasting room, no problem. read more

They were wonderful and helpful every step the of the way! Their back patio was beautiful and perfect for our group of 30 people and their appetizers and wine were delicious! My family and I went on a nice vacation throughout Oregon and during our stay in Ashland we decided to drive out a little bit to check out a couple of wineries. Our first stop was to this winery. The view was beautiful and the tasting room attendant was pleasant, however the owner was completely rude. The tasting room was just off from there private residence and the whole time she was glaring at us out her window. We did have our dog with us and checked for signs but nothing was posted about no dogs, plus we had been there for 20 minutes with her and no one told us it was a problem. After we finished tasting and purchased multiple bottles of wine the owner comes out and complains about the dog. This would of been no problem if she came across polite but instead she was completely abrasive and to top it off as we left the building ask the attendant if we even purchased anything. The wine really wasn't that great for the owner to have that much attitude, especially when we seem to be the only ones there. WILL NOT GO BACK!! read more

Great winery -- we actually liked the owner. She definitely has a personality but she can tell you anything you want to know and she taught us a lot about wine. We liked the vibe of this winery quite a bit more from some of the bigger ones -- it's peaceful and had a great view of Talent, OR. This is what a winery should be. You get to the tasting room by walking through the carport. A refreshing change of pace for someone who lives near the pretentious wine palaces of the Napa Valley. The wine is so good (my favorite is the Cabernet Sauvignon) and the tasting room is just lovely. Very tastefully remodeled so the atmosphere is amazing. Don't miss a chance to hear live music out back around a gas fire pit- the outdoor space is gorgeous! I've been with some girlfriends, with my hubs and even took my toddler once while we were walking around town and the service is always great. They even had a puzzle and toys for my kiddo. I was also impressed that they have lots of food offerings, beer, bubbly, and non-alcoholic drinks. Something for everyone! Check it out and I promise you'll become a fan! read more

So, I have been here a handful of times and it has been a pleasant experience. However, as I sit here right now this has been the worst experience I have EVER had at any winery. Today the owner was here and that has ruined this place for me and I will NEVER be back. She is beyond rude and the things she has said to many people that are sitting here, with my party or not, is absolute ridiculous. To be told "Find another winery" is not something an owner of any establishment should ever say. We own a business and I can say that is not something I have ever said to any patron in the 26 years I have owned our establishment. It's a shame because this place could be absolutely amazing if it was owned by someone else!! read more

Great people, great wine...the tasting room sits overlooking the vineyards, very cool - when we come here, we have pre-orders from all our friends in California who love the wine but can't get it in California - we end up bringing cases home - we have a few older bottles of the cab stored (trying to control ourselves) and take one out each year to drink - just like a quality wine, each year gets better and better - our friends like the whites, and we bring them a case of each home each time we visit - we feel Trium has the best quality portfolio of wines in Southern Oregon - unique with quality. read more
