I appreciated the time they took to get to know me and the bikes and types of riding I wanted to do. They explained why they steered me away from certain bikes that they didn't think were good fits at the time and why other bikes might be better fits for me and when that time might be. When I did decide on the bike I really wanted (a sport classic GT1000) they coincidentally had one on consignment and rest is history... The purchasing process was smooth and painless and as a dealer experience (MotoCorsa) it is by far the more enjoyable of my motor vehicle dealer experiences. Guys at MWarehouse took time out of their busy day to finish my balance for me and did it within the hour. Only $12 for a balance but they were nice enough to do it free of charge. I checked their work at home and the tire had a "true balance" so I can say this shop will do it the right way. They won't give tires back with a slow drift that's "good enough" like a lot of shops will. Will come back here if needed.

I had a bad experience at a tigard dealership and recently answered an additional in craigs list for an advertise price which was totally a lie at an emclaw Washington dealer when he added $2500 to the out the door price, offering me $2500 Trade in on my 2016 kodiak utility.it had mud lite tires 80 percent left on it, aluminum wheels, wench, heavy duty hitch an hour meter since new 98 percent oil changes done at 50 to 60 hours I know a dealer has to make a profit on a trade in but my plastics were good serviced it to last another 10 years. I decided to drop by fairview yamaha motor sports and show him the deal the Washington dealer tried to pull on me. He also had a loaded 2025 matching the Washington one in Washington but out the door it was priced $2000 cheaper and also both 2025 were brand new. I didnt know Dan's name at the time the owner but he had always given me a veterans discount on parts and I knew I was in the right place I told him I would be buying my stuff there and some service on the new one when I needed thier expertise he gave me $500 more on my trade in than any of the other dealers had. I thought on his offer over night and took the deal on the grizzly camo 700. He saw a picture of my quad only at that time I called him the following day as they were closed Monday. I told him I was on my way from yamhill to fairview to trade in my quad, it would take me 1 1/2 hours to get there. When I drove into thier lot I noticed the 2026 grizzly 700 camo was in the service bay Dan came out while I was unloading my kodiak had a service guy test ride my old quad. It met thier expectations and they got the new grizzly loaded while my wive drove 10 minutes from our gresham home paid for it. I signed the paper work in 5 minutes and we're basically on our way home. Bought a lot of motorcycles and cars in 60 years but never had a more pleasurable no bull crap deal than with Dan at Yamaha Sports Plaza in Fairview skip the other dealers in Oregon and Wasington. His quads are each priced on thier tags and it is out the door no bull trap . Plus around $350 incidental registration and title fees taxes. I had forgotten to take off a wire harness called Dan the following TuesdaY mentioned it to him told him I had left a phone message with the company to buy a new one but wasn't sure I could still buy one for my dump trailer. Told him I would call him back if I needed to make arrangements to recover my old one. A day later I bought a new one but forgot to call Dan I didnt need to get the old one but Dan in the mean time had his service man take my glove box and plastics off and remove my cable and up and down button off the handle bars and battery and I could come pick it up no charge. Who in this world still gives this kind of service need I say it Fairview Yamaha Sports Plaza and Dan the owner AAA Plus Operation!!!!!!!​ over at least 8 or 9 years the cost of repairs were reasonable as well. It is the only place to buy a new rig in my opinion an honest and reliable operation

Non Harley brand spark plugs were used. They took apart my carb said nothing was wrong with it so did not put it on the invoice and told me to just ride with the choke out because it was coughing ended up burning a hole in the diaphragm.... Again at this time I was very ignorant to mechanics and motorcycles now I am more informed In the end they charged me $400 for both oil change, new handlebar risers ,off brand spark plug's and a new pet kock (that they had to go get from Harley) Way overpriced!! Called 2 years later which is today to potentially get a new back tire put on my bike. I brought up the bad experience I had in the past the owner got extremely defensive called me a liar and told me not to ever call his shop again. Can't wait to see his comments on this review if you read all the reviews on this shop's yelp page it will be a good laugh and kind of disgusting on how much this shop gets away with in regards to shitty customer service..... I have purchased several motorcycles (Husqvarna and even one GasGas) from Bill and/or his team to which all have been an outstanding experience and a "seamless" process. Also, you get some oil, a plug, etc., with the bike and an awesome BMP Hoodie. They all possess an encyclopedia level of knowledge about motorcycles, concerns, upgrades, set-up, or anything related to the bikes they sell. I have had numerous bikes serviced at the shop and have never had any issue with the work. I have bought various parts and accessories in the store at great prices, and even in a pinch via BMP store on-line when I was stationed in another state. My particular bike needed a manual cam chain tensioner fitted for piece of mind (which is a PITA job, BTW) and a Power Commander V fitted to make up for a full Ti exhaust. Additionally I threw him a curve ball by dropping off plugs and asking for a valve adjust mid week and he still got it out early and for the agreed upon price with no surprises or gotchas. An absolute 10 as far as service goes and he'll be seeing more of my "fleet" as need and occasion arise.
