    97' Toyota Hilux Surf SSR-V

I bought a 1997 Toyota Hilux Surf SSR-V from Harris at Motorcycle warehouse and have truly enjoyed the rig so far. I felt trusted as he was comfortable letting us fully inspect and test drive the truck with no time limit. It was a seamless process and I recommend this spot to anyone who is looking for a motorcycle or JDM import.

Hmmm... Forgot to install the adapter that fits the brake rotor to the wheel. Somebody might die. Oh well...

I have used them before and not had any problems. Wow! Things have changed. First I noticed a sign made up on the door that said they no longer do any service work except for tire changes. Well, they need to give that up too. I dropped off a wheel and tire and a new rim. They had previously installed the tire for me but evidently didn't check to see if it leaked. I had to put air in it daily. Crust inside the rim, so I bought a new one and wanted the tire moved from one to the other. They charged extra because the had to move the rotor too. Understandable. But they moved the rotor and not the adapter that makes it fit to the wheels. They left the adapter on the old wheel thus creating a free floating sort of affair that could surely get someone killed. I told them I didn't want to reuse the Nyloc washers. They say you can, but I would never on front end parts, especially brakes. They didn't even have any in stock. He told me to go buy some and he would install the brake rotor correctly. I said no thanks, I will do it myself, I can do it right, and not kill somebody. Then he got mad when I asked him for a receipt. He said "FINE! I'll write you a hand written receipt!" These guys don't even give receipts for their work! Hmmm... Then when I was putting it in my truck i noticed that they had also destroyed the brand new bearing seal. These guys need to give up ALL work and just stick to selling all those branded title junk bikes they sell. At least they probably give receipts for them.

Bought my first motorcycle ever here just a month ago. I was eyeballing there website every day like a lion stalkings it's prey.... I initially thought I would pick up a Yamaha R6 they were asking $4k for, but once I actually went to the shop and started sitting on bikes, I realized the stance was WAY to aggressive for me. That's when I saw the Triumph Street Triple 675, it was way more comfortable, looked immaculate, and only had one owner. I put a deposit down($200 for 2 weeks) THAT DAY. Exactly two weeks later I came back and paid in full for the bike. They were asking $5500, and that's what I paid. I'm 100% certain Harris would have happily taken $5000, hell, I'm pretty sure he would have taken $4800. But I was FEVERISH to make the bike mine. Anyways .... The day I went to pick up the bike, I decided to ride the bike around the neighborhood just to familiarize myself because this is my first REAL street bike. Well after riding around the block a few times, the bike just DIED. Now I thought for certain this was my fault because I was a new rider, but I called Harris (the owner) anyways and he rode over to assist. As it turns out it WAS an issue with the bike and he essentially pulled lightly on a wire running to the tachometer, and the bike started like normal. I ended up riding back to the shop and they worked on it for about an hour, and then called me to pick it up. Harris was super professional and nice about it. SO FAR, the issue has not come up again. If it comes up again , I would probably give Harris a call...... So.... The bikes amazing. Motorcycle Warehouse has great bikes at very fair prices (don't be afraid to negotiate, the worst you'll get is a no). Check out the pictures and pay the shop a visit !

It seems like they make this claim all the time. There are a bunch of people they're pretending not to know on Facebook who gave reviews too. What's more impressive is that they didn't even try to email me like Colleen claims in her yelp rebuttal. She just went straight to claiming I wouldn't reply to her (imaginary) attempts. This is a smoke and mirrors shop. These people are the worst! Previous Review: I took my car here for some small body work, Steve doesn't know how to weld!!! He can slop it on so it sticks together barely though. Then he grinds the heck out of it. My side panels are now paper thin and I can push them in with one finger. What kills me is that this was supposed to be a quick job and I had minimal rust. It took over two months for a 8 inch repair/patch. I don't know how these people are still in business. When I asked them about the work they refused to comment on it and said I didn't know what I was talking about. Customer service here is a joke unless you're actively paying them money. As soon as you're done paying, they're done. No warranty whatsoever or responsibility for their work. If you've had a bad experience please write a review. I was just informed that they are actively trying to censor bad reviews on other sites. From my terrible experience I can only imagine that any good reviews either aren't real or are contrived.

They were able to fit me in without an appointment and had it all fixed up within a couple of hours. Extremely fast, friendly, and well-priced service! After it was ready to go they were nice enough to show off some of the custom work that they had going on in the shop. It was exciting to see how some cars come in completely falling apart and rusted, get cleaned up, and then put back together with a custom paint job. I would note that when I was following the Google Maps directions they announce that you have arrived when you are directly in front of the shop. The only problem is that the entrance to the parking lot is a half block behind that point. I want to say that I turned in at a sign that says Acme on the corner of the parking lot. I took some photos to show off the gorgeous paint jobs and custom metal work that I will upload in a minute. Be sure to go there for your collision repair or custom car work!

They were told that because the car was unique it would have to be transported to and from their shop to get the custom parts fitted correctly. The problem came when the car was to be transported. They did not put a full set of lug nuts on the car nor did they tighten them. Even after several offers by me to search out more parts. They relocated the car but never told me that they only put 2 of the 5 lug nuts on each wheel. When the car was ready to be brought into town for parts fitting that's when the problem started. The wheel nearly came off and the truck towing it had a serious accident, I don't recommend this company because they refused to stand behind their work or make it right. I strongly recommend that anyone that has their car at this shop to double check their work before their vehicle leaves the shop. Plus overlooking items and denying the results are part of the equation.

As a new rider I had lots of questions and Todd and Kevin had lots of answers and patience. The first couple visits there there were several bikes that I was interested in but none seemed to really grab me and fit me as a rider and the riding I plan on doing. I appreciated the time they took to get to know me and the bikes and types of riding I wanted to do. They explained why they steered me away from certain bikes that they didn't think were good fits at the time and why other bikes might be better fits for me and when that time might be. When I did decide on the bike I really wanted (a sport classic GT1000) they coincidentally had one on consignment and rest is history... The purchasing process was smooth and painless and as a dealer experience (MotoCorsa) it is by far the more enjoyable of my motor vehicle dealer experiences. I'm looking forward to my next purchase there.
