I purchased a Ducati Supersport 950 from Motorcorsa, and at first, I was in love. The sales team truly sold the passion of racing and the dream of Ducati ownership. The bike itself was incredible--until it came time for service. The service department here is absolute dog shit. Expect a month to two-month wait for anything. A part broke on my bike that should have been under warranty, and they insisted I broke it--which was complete bullshit. Instead of arguing, I just paid for the service. What was supposed to be a same-day service quickly escalated: overnight became a week... then a month. After almost two months, I finally got my bike back--only to find the service I paid for was never completed. Supposedly the part was on backorder, and they'd call me in a week... that call never came. Paid for a service I never received. Constantly ignored my calls. I ended up fixing the part myself, only to discover it was a Suzuki part that Ducati was charging 10x for. Good luck getting your money back--because I never did. Selling the bike was the best decision I ever made. Never again. Motorcorsa's sales team might sell you a dream, but their service department will give you a nightmare. read more

apparel customer service is less than satisfactory. The person at the desk seem to be put out that I ask where I might find pants. Then was less than satisfactory helpful looking for a dressing room. Instead some either random employee or random guy rudely pointed me to a bathroom. And then when I came out with it, the apparel person was still not in place and I asked the same person if I should go up front to pay for it at which point he responded in a rude manner that that seems like a smart idea or reasonable idea. When I did that at some point, the apparel person came out looking for meand acted , and acted like she was the victim in the exchange as I was a little bit frustrated with the lack of customer service. Additionally, I signed up online for service on Friday. This turns into an email as I understand, and an email was sent in response about no availability. But I also left two phone messages with information including my phone number and it would've been prudent I think for the service person to give me a call so that I could know straight away they would not have any availability. That being said they did suggest that they had an open slot at 3 PM but because of my time limitations, I was not able to take advantage of that. I've been customer for several years now. I have bought one motorcycle from them and purchased several varying parts and now apparel. Ducati requires a $2,000+ tool to reset the oil change reminder on most if not all the new bikes. MotoCorsa will charge approx $84 just for the reset, double that for the oil change. Furthermore, the owners manual says service work is only allowed by Ducati-authorized dealer. If you are a DIY motorcycle owner, AVOID DUCATI! I lost $4k getting away from my "dream bike." read more

I contacted Motocorsa through their website because I was looking for a Ducati Panigale V4 916 25 Anniversario with a serial number on the upper triple clamp that I preferred (I have a list of numbers that I like). I noticed that Motocorsa had one with Serial#75 and I would love to purchase that bike, unfortunately, that bike was sold. Jarrod Weis the sales manager immediately reach back to me and let me know the serial numbers of the bikes he has in stock. He also informed me that he will be getting a third bike. And a few weeks later Jarrod contacted me again for the third bike serial number. In between, we communicated by email many times, and Jarrod was always pleasant and great to work with. However, turn out this third bike also come with a serial number that was not on my preferred number list. Plus, I was lucky enough to find one bike with a serial number #210 that I like from another dealer (at another state). If Jarrod had the serial number that I like, I would not hesitate to work a deal with him. Unfortunately, Ducati USA ship the bike (and it's serial number) randomly. The dealer won't even know what serial number they get until the last minute or until they actually received the bike. Having said that, I want to post this review on Yelp as an appreciation for the excellent service that I received from Jarrod at Motocorsa. As with many luxury brands they have Loaners for when you take in your ride for service, and was assured the day that I picked up my bike by Finance that there was such service, and I had nothing to worry about. Turns out, there is no such service... Last I spoke with him on the phone with some questions he was rude and did not follow up on what he said he assured me he'd get back to me on. I can't speak for the dealers on the floor, but Bryan, their web sales head, is a real stand-up guy. I contacted him after making a purchase from MotoCorsa via eBay, and within minutes he'd gotten back to me confirming that I could, in fact, buzz up the street for a local pick-up of a pair of Dainese pants I'd ordered. This was on a Monday when MotoCorsa is usually closed, but as Bryan was in the building working anyhow, he went out of his way to allow me inside to grab the pants. He encouraged me to try them on to ensure they'd fit, then spent a few minutes searching for another pair when I'd found the Italian fit a tad too svelte. After that, I complicated the matters further by having to pay half card/half cash, but Bryan managed it all with nary a gripe. He saw me out with an assurance that my purchase was warrantied for a year and I could come back to MotoCorsa for help with that if I needed. I don't think a Ducati is near in my future, let alone a motorcycle from any source other than craigslist, but for gear I can say with experience these guys are solid. Going to MotoCorsa was an amazing experience. I found a used bike online they had listed and went into the shop to look it over and purchase it. I went to a Ducati dealership and walked out with a Triumph. What was amazing is none of the guys cared. They loved riding and wanted to see others enjoy riding as much as they did. From Sales, to parts, to gear it honestly felt like you went into a shop with a bunch of bros and they were there to include you in their journey. Honestly, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I had issues with my bank saying the KBB was less than what was listed and they helped me to get the bank to agree to the value and finalize the financing. I will definitely be back since they have completely won me over as a repeat customer. I was worried going in as a new guy to riding and still needing to pass my MSF course that I would be treated differently, that didn't happen. Story time! I was on the front leg of my 3500 mile tour of the PNW when my Multistrada fell over while camping. After getting to civilization, I did my research and found the plastic part I needed to replace. Turns out Moto Corsa was the closest Ducati dealership to where I was. I decided to stop in and see if they had it. My first point of contact was Mario in parts. He knew exactly what I needed, and Moto Corsa had this severely obscure part IN STOCK. I didn't have tools, so he put me in touch with Hannah (with a trailing H) in service. We went over the install and some other things that the shop could take care of while the bike was in. They were able to get me squared away quickly, and got me back on the road. That could be the end of this story, and a five star rating would be warranted. While waiting for the bike to be serviced, I interacted with probably 15 of Moto Corsa's employees, all of which exhibited exceptional customer service. I don't recall all of their names, but Christian, Mario, Hannah, Kevin, Genie, and Janelle were all super cool and warm. Head in. You'll be impressed by the amount of Ducati, Rev'it, and Roland Sands (!!!) gear. You'll be floored by the customer service. read more

Ok.. so, I don't like Italian boots, I don't have a trust fund, and I love, from afar, Ferraris and Ducatis. I'm just a regular guy, who likes motorcycles and my wallet is only so large. That said, I generally avoid "boutiques" and places with EDM music and professional interior designers. Gimme the bin and those close out prices, or find me a deal online. Except with Motorcora. Motorcorsa's staff are excellent, world class. It's like a Bizarro Best Buy, the salespeople ride, know what they are talking about, and are actually approachable. Even if the presentation and price tags of some of the top end gear is seriously intimidating, they have gear for most budgets, and will steer you toward gear that works and is in your price range. There wasn't a piece of gear that Janell could not give me a 15 minute breakdown on. She actually showed me her riding gear to prove that it will hold up in the rain. Seriously, literally owns the product she was recommending. Add to that the patience to deal with my meandering trip through the apparel section and the indecision that comes with that. The prices are barely above online, and for the service+the opportunity to actually try the gear and support your local business, the prices are more than fair. Now, they own what used to be Turn2 used motorcycles, so I'm not sure if this is the correct place, but they let me test drive motorcycles. Seriously, they let me try the bikes before I bought them. They not only let me test drive more than one bike, when I had a minor complaint about the bike I was looking at (it turns out, it was me, not the bike). They told me it was me, and proved it. They are far more interested in getting you on the right bike, than pushing you toward a higher end bike. What can I say, infinite patience and rider focus. Absolutely everything you could ask for in a dealership, and what you never get. The environment maybe intimidating and not necessarily your "scene." But give them a shot, after you get by the EDM and product placement, its really just a place for bikers to buy cool things. read more

I love the 959 is a great bike. The only thing I am super discontent about, is the Dainese leather jacket I purchased. I was recommended a number that seems to be to snuggle; I went back to try to exchange it and Graham advice was to wear it some more to break the leather, however the inner layer is not the same. Let's start off by how friendly and welcoming the staff is. Everyone said hello to me and told me to look for them if I needed anything. Jason came and introduced himself as I was looking at the Diavel. We fired up a friendly conversation about bikes and my Monster S2R. While looking at the Diavel, Marc from service came by and asked me if I had seen the Diavel in all black. He took me to the back in the service department, showed me all the toys they had there. We fired up a conversation about motorcycles and our S2R's. He told me to check out his custom S2R sitting outside, which was sweet! Got my t-shirt and left leaving with a good feeling. There are tons of places to buy a Ducati between Moto Corsa and my house (they are 900 miles away!). But I just bought my second Duc from these guys today. Why? They treat you like gold! I am pretty darn sure that 2 bikes and a few pieces of gear don't make me even close to being a " great" customer. Jason and Arun make me feel like I am. I called the shop yesterday. Arun and I hadn't spoken in a year. He instantly remembered me, knew about the bike I was buying, and offered me a few extra tips on customizations. They also stand behind everything they sell you. I had a minor repair for bike 1. They set me up with the best Los Angeles area mechanic, and even made a call to them for me as an introduction.
