Can't say I'm impressed with this shop overall. They did an excellent job on the wiring, mounting, and cage build -- that part looks great. But when it comes to pride of workmanship, product quality, and communication, it really falls short. Triumph had our car for about three weeks. From the start, we clearly outlined what we wanted and even added light bars, whips, and a few other accessories. My husband stayed in regular contact throughout the build, but often wouldn't get a reply for a day or two. A simple text takes seconds -- so the lack of communication was frustrating. We were told several different completion dates, each time pushed back with little to no notice. Delays happen, and that's understandable -- but only if they're communicated. Then, by week three, we were told one of the accessories hadn't arrived. Fine, except it made it seem like it was ordered last minute, even though it had been discussed from day one. Again, just be upfront and communicate. When we finally got the car back, the entire driver-side roof was banged up. Some areas of the roof don't sit flush on the cage, and the powder coating is scratched. For the price charged, I'd expect much better attention to detail. If I owned a shop, I wouldn't send something out looking like that. Overall, I'm super disappointed in the experience. While the cage design, wiring, and mounts look great, the lack of pride in finishing and poor communication leave a bad impression. Not sure I'd return for future work. read more

Only reason i had them work on my car it's because I have many customers to deal with myself. I've been a mechanic for about 24 years. I race motocross I do desert racing. I've built engines for my race bikes. I've never had an issue but This pains me to say about Triumph Motorsports, but I will no longer be returning for anything here no parts no service nothing due to lack of customer service or standing behind a job. I've spent thousands of dollars with them. I've bought tire packages lighting bumpers you name it but they lost a very valuable customer. I brought my 2015 rzr XP 1000 for them to diagnose and was told the camshaft was eating through the valve buckets so I let them do a complete head job. I brought them brand new stage two hot cams brand new kibble white springs brand new kibble white valves brand new co-medic head gasket set and had them do all the work. Their technician failed to check camshaft bearing clearance so it destroyed a brand new set of cams after just 40 minutes of run time I removed the head and brought into their shop to bring it to their attention now they're telling me that just because I did not let them rebuild an entire engine, which was already brand new from Polaris that they can't warranty it because they don't know what else is going wrong he's saying that it could be something else but everything in the engine is new. He started lying saying they told me about the cylinder head journals being damaged and that I said that no will use it, which is incorrect. If you had mentioned, the journals were bad or scarred I would have replaced the cylinder head now because of this discrepancy, I'm having to come out another $1400 for a new valve train kit because their lack of evaluation I will i'll post a video of the oil leaking through the cam journal while running again they've lost my business read more

Neither Chaparral Motorsports or Mountain Motorsports could figure out an electrical issue I was having with my Polaris SxS. Berts also quoted a ridiculous price just to troubleshoot. These dudes at Triumph had it sorted in under 2 hours. I'm amazed at their service and price. They now get my business for all the toys...not that they need it. They recently moved and literally have SxS in every square inch of the new facility. Plus they had 20+ projects outside. They'll need to open a second showroom just to keep up with the demand which honestly shows how much they're respected. read more

Tried to have them re lace a motorcycle wheel but after 2.5 weeks nothing happened. Lowered my 4 star review to 3 stars. Must not be that big or important job for them. They said something about vacations but they never even ordered the spokes. I called multiple times and was put on hold for over 10 minutes and finally disconnected. Awesome customer service, they went above and beyond. I had a warranty claim to process through the manufacturer of a part. No fault on this store. The manufacturer required a proof of purchase. No surprise to me. I called this store and inquired about getting an invoice copy from January of this year. They took the time to do the research to go back and find my invoice and email it to me. Mind you I've only ever purchased this one item from the previously and it was not a huge sale, only a couple hundred dollars. Most companies would have shrugged it off and told me some BS about how they couldn't find it and I was on my own. They did a service and carb rebuild on KTM I had to find carb parts for them, then was told after the bike would not run, that the carb was bad and needed to be replaced. Was charged for rebuild anyway. I took it to another shop, the carb was rebuilt correctly and the bike was running good . I called and asked for refund on the carb rebuild, it was not done correctly , no response . I paid for s rebuild twice! They seem to be busy with work, but KTM bikes don't seem to be their thing. read more
