I was told the tires would arrive in about 3 days, but it ended up taking approximately two weeks. I ultimately paid $912.75 for the tires, tire installation, tube, and related charges. When I picked up the motorcycle, the shop had spent about two hours working on it and told me they had also adjusted the clutch, checked the fluids, and made sure the motorcycle was running properly. However, as soon as I started riding home, the motorcycle felt noticeably different and did not feel right. The next morning, the motorcycle would not start, and I found gasoline coming from the exhaust area. I had to take it to another mechanic for diagnosis. The mechanic found serious issues with the motorcycle, including a major fuel/carburetor problem and a coolant leak, and I was told the carburetor needed to be replaced. I am now facing another $700+ in repair costs, in addition to the $912.75 I already paid. What disappointed me the most was how the situation was handled. When I contacted Bill's, they told me they were not responsible because their job was only the tires. They also told me that the problem was my fault because I left the motorcycle's fuel control on. Rather than helping investigate what happened, I felt that the responsibility was immediately placed on me. I understand that a mechanical problem can sometimes be unrelated to previous service, and that is why I am having another mechanic properly diagnose the motorcycle. However, the fact that these problems appeared immediately after I picked up the motorcycle and that I am now facing significant additional expenses is extremely frustrating. I have receipts documenting the $912.75 payment and the work performed. I am disappointed with both the experience and the way my concerns were handled. I am now pursuing other options to determine what happened and whether I can recover some of these costs.

I felt comfortable with that turn around time. It's now 4/28/23 and again they haven't complete my vehicle. From February- Now, they have continued to add more repairs that I didn't ask for in the insurance estimate, what makes this situation a bit more unique, they tried to force me to pay cash, I didn't I paid via a reliable source. Again today Hector called me to say that the car is not done and they need to finish some more repairs, note Mike told my wife the car was all ready to go on April 6. That same night they called me again to say the car needs more repairs, note they are trying to fraudulently add more repairs and still want me to pay more. Of course I didn't because Hector agreed to take the payment we agreed on. If any nobody else has gone through this same experience with this body shop, please send me a dm. But of course the reason for this post is to protect the public from being scammed by this shop, please share and share ! I can't say enough about this shop .. so a few years ago I was putting on solenoid on my polaris…read moreranger and sparks were flying and I called them up, and of course, I crossed the wire, and they walked me through it and I fixed it .. so when I needed to look for some tires, a couple weeks ago, I remembered these guys and I called them up, and that's how i've been reconnected with them these last couple weeks and I just can't say enough about them. It's nice to work with a place; a person like Josh and his helper, that's just downright honest and good at what they do! So I needed tires for my 2013 polaris ranger a couple weeks ago, my rear ones were so bad they wouldn't hold air .. I use this daily on my property with my horses, it was going to be at least three or four days before I could get some brand new ones in so I called down there and josh had a couple used ones, got them really cheap (thank you) took my wheels over to the tire shop, and they put them on ... so then I needed to get oil changes on my polaris ranger utv and my suzuki atv, so when I got the tires from josh, I talked to him about the oil changes, and I took those down a couple days later and got that done and he did an inspection on everything while down for an oil change .. So I told him to give me a couple weeks and I could get everything back in and get these repairs done that needed to be done on my polaris ranger .. so while there he found me a used seat for my suzuki, because mine is pretty torn up .. THANK YOU!! So when my house sells and before I move to washington state, my ranger is really not outfitted for cold weather, like I don't have doors or windshield or anything like that. So before I leave, i'm going to make sure josh takes care of my ranger and gets me set up for the colder weather... closed in ranger, snow plow, winch ect .. maybe even go a little crazy and get a heater .. If you're looking for honest reliable shop, this is the place you will not go wrong, they are extremely honest, they're good at what they do .. they aren't overpriced like the dealer, I used to go to go to temecula motorsports where i bought both vehilces, ohh, my god, it would take weeks to get in and you'd get charged a couple hundred bucks just to do an oil change, and then they jack stuff up .. What really stood out was their communication--they kept us informed the entire time, which we really appreciated. They were professional, reliable, and clearly know what they're doing. When we picked up the ATV, we ran into some unexpected issues loading it into our truck. Even though that wasn't part of the service, they jumped in immediately to help us without hesitation. Lets start of with R&R Products out of Riverside,Ca. Where do I start. Maybe I'll start with how…read morethis company lies to you. They tell you one thing then don't deliver what they promise. Put you off for months after they have your money. The daughter is something else. She will go on her dads messenger and send you messages. You think you are talking to Randy but its the daughter. You never know who you are talking to unless you are one the phone. The doors fit like crap had to send them back. They promised to come bring me another door and never came through. I spent 2 days trying to get the door to align but I couldn't. Even had a friend come over to help and it just wasn't working. So I said enough is enough and sent the doors back and had to file a claim with my credit card company cause they refused to refund me my money. Credit card company took care of that and I was awarded my money back. Oh so when we went to go pick up the doors they had to put them together for us while we waited. The daughter had the nerve to tell me they test fit every single door before it goes out. That is just straight bullshit lies. We were there when they put them together and I need saw it go on a car. Plus what company does that. Build it right and there will be no need to test fit. The fitment on the doors is crap. The bottom frame of the door is so close to the frame that it rubs when you get it adjusted right. Luckily I took mine off quick. My friend he kept his on cause he said they were ok. But now he regrets putting them crappy doors on. They rubbed on his frame cause it to wear away the powder coating. There is no need to have the door framing that close. What else is there. Im just rambling and typing stuff as it comes to mind. Oh I had bought a cage and when we went down to pick the up I saw a x3 with a clear roof on top. I really liked it. He said I could switch it out if I wanted to. So after a week I ask him if I can take him up on his offer. He said yes. So I told him we also wanted 2 sets of doors. So when we go down there to pick up the doors he showed me my cage being ready for powder coat. He said it would be done Wednesday and that he promised that they would meet me half way and we would switch cages. Well a week goes by no answer about my cage that I was supposed to have 2 days after I picked up my doors. Well another week goes by and NO Randy. So 2 weeks later they call and say they will switch it out and not charge me. I told them I am done with your company and all the lies. I gave them plenty of chances to make it right and they failed to do that. I already put the other cage on and didn't want anything to do with them anymore. The daughter needs to grow up and act like a business person. I make a comment of Facebook about their products and she goes and puts a laughing face reply. Why would you do that. So now I will work on my photo album to show everyone what they might get if they buy one of their products and the lip service they will get. Here is some rust on their cage. They didn't even powder coat this section. It will be sanded and fixed but this is what you can look forward to. Buyer beware company for sure. You can also read their Facebook comments. Im not the only one that has experienced this type of issue. Im tired of seeing everyone get burnt by these companies. We need to know who does bad business. They are taking the money that the average person works real hard for and taking it and we get shit and shit service in return.
