Just to give a bit of backstory on my motorcycle so that the amazing service Jeremiah and the team provide lands all the more. I ride a 2016 Victory Vision (into and of itself a very large and difficult motorcycle to work with caused by a multitude of factors) and they never cease to be incredibly open to taking on such a project. I understand it isn't for the feint of heart and was turned down (again, understandably) from multiple locations before finding the team here. I've now visited them for three of the bike's routine maintenance intervals and do not see myself going anywhere else. The gentlemen take their time and put their heart into every job while providing a service that exceeds expectations for both quality and cost. I could not recommend them more. read more

My bike won't hardly start or run since I took it in for carburetor tuneup and lots of money. The repair guy told me I needed a valve adjustment and it's expensive because cams have to be removed for adjustment.....that should have been my first clue that he didn't know much about engines....sheesh! If you need a tire changed then no problem but otherwise stay away. read more

Charged maximum labor for taking out the motor and only took off the battery to reconnect an exhaust pipe. Then idid very poor work. Pipe broke again due to poor quality labor and parts. Straight up lied to charge maximum labor. Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off. read more

Hubby took his bike in to get a new handlebar installed and rewired and they did such a good job. They told us with the works they have it will take a week but if they have time they will get it done sooner so we're expecting a week to get the bike back and we got a call 3 days later it was done. read more

Bill took advantage of me. I pulled up with my spare bike, an 04 R1 in the back of my truck. I mentioned it hasn't ran in 2 years and won't start. I knew it needed the fuel pump and injectors cleaned and probably a new battery. Bill said "wait don't unload that unless you're capable of spending 1,500 worst case to get started" I said ok let me know, I would just like it started and looked over since it took a spill. He mentioned when the bike sits without being ran for too long it might need a new fuel pump among other things that aren't cheap, I said ok. I also mentioned this is a spare bike and I'm in no hurry, I could see he had other bikes and projects going on in his shop. This was the entire gist of the conversation. I dropped it off Tuesday right before he closed shop, he calls me Wednesday morning at 12:40, (keep in mind he opens at 9am) so maybe 3.5hrs of labor... Bill says bikes all done, and the price is 1,277.38. I was shocked at the price, and thrown off that he didn't call me after initial inspection for a price quote like every other shop does before he did all the work. I said that sounds like a lot can you go over with me what you did. He became defensive, angry and mentioned well to clean the gas pump and injectors and flush your tank was 425, he talked about topping off fluids and bleeding breaks, got even more up set and said "well you said you were willing to drop 1500 I saved you 200... he ended up hanging up the phone on me in the middle of a conversation, he was this up set claiming "I don't need this bull shit" so I took this time to call the Yamaha dealer and a third opinion on just what it would cost to get the fuel pump cleaned and injectors with a flush of The tank. Dealer quoted me $200, the 3rd opinion quoted me $150. Bill charged me $425. I called him back and mentioned my new findings. He became more defensive and angry, he said I need to pay him cash only, by three days or he will charge me a stocking fee of $35 dollars a day until it's picked up. Bill also took it upon himself to do a full tune up at his cost. In closing. *He charged more then double of the dealer. *Did not do a proper inspection then give me a proper quote before work or service. *Horrible customer service, he became angry, raised his voice, and hung up on me. *aside from other projects he was working on he jumped on my bike first although I said I was not in a hurry. I felt like I was looked at as a dollar sign. *Cash only, makes you wonder... *Threaten me to pick up my bike or he will charge me a $35 stocking fee per day. *For $425 he only cleaned the fuel pump and did not guarantee it's operability written in my receipt. *I attached a copy of the bill so you can get a gist of his prices and his $1,000 in labor in no more then 3.5hyrs read more

I was recommended to go here by a friend and had no idea what to expect. When I got here I was surprised how clean and organized the shop was. When I got there I was greeted by the owner bill, I explained the situation with my bike and the run around I was given by other shops. My bike is a 97 gsxr 750 and none of the local shops or dealers wanted to touch it since it is not fuel injected. I dropped it off and 2 days later I got a call that it was ready to go. Upon my first ride I was surprised how well it runs, I think it runs even better than new with better throttle responce than I have ever experienced with the bike. I definitely recommend this place great service and fast service and I will definitely be back. If you have a bike that has been sitting for a few years this is the place to go they are not afraid to work on bikes with carburators. read more

I did a lot of research on where to take my bike. This was a new bike I just purchased used from someone. I wanted to make sure I found a place that first had integrity, and second did great work! I was told about Bill's by a friend who was a repeat customer already. After still weighing my options, I decided to take my bike into Bill's so they could provide me a quote and let me know what needed to be done with the bike. This is why I had "had" to write a review. Not only did Bill's give me the lowest quote he actually over delivered on the work he performed by touching up some paint on some scratches. When they called me to pick it up, I was told they wanted the bike to be as nice as possible for my Kid since it was there first bike... I never take the time to write these sort of comments but @Noneofyourbiz B. perfectly summed up my experience that took place last year! This had to be one of the biggest rip offs that I have ever experienced. At the time I felt that they were trying to pull one over on me but I had very little time/leverage due to my military commitment and studying pre-med. Originally dropped the bike off for a tune up, front tire, and new battery but ended up with almost a 2k dollar servicing (I can provide pre/post/servicing bill pics). Then I was asked to sell it to them for 3k. I did not notice the lack of credibility that should have been given to the other raters, my loss/their gain but lesson learned. read more

Have a older honda cbr600f3 that none of the other dealers wanted to even work on. Was referred by malcholm smith and glad they did. I had another mechanic tell me that my starter motor was bad, but Bill discovered, in 2 minutes, the issue was with the clutch safety switch. A 2-minute fix and a $10 part. Had a great experience here. They helped tow the bike to the shop. Only charged $75 for repairs and had it done the next day. I was looking for an independent shop to put on a new front tire for my first bike (2008 Honda Rebel 250) and Bill's was recommended by a local bike supply store. What great service! I brought in my own tire and he changed it in a snap but checked the whole bike over as well. Turned out I needed new front brake pads. Anyway, he changed the tire, installed new front brake pads, adjusted the rear brakes, lubed the chain, and made several minor adjustments that the bike needed. And all for less than my local "giant" dealer would have charged just to change the tire. To top it off he even did a mini detail job on the bike before I came in to pick it up! I found Bill's Shop and they diagnosed and fixed several problems on my bike! For the past 4 years the dealer has told me it takes forever to warm up because it is old - NOT! I really like This place. We have been there several times with great results. The last time I took my sons bike there with a clutch issue he fixed it in a few minutes and didn't charge me. Another time we had a problem with the carburetor which he fixed. I was telling him that my 13yr old son usually cleans all of the carburetors on our toys and he offered for us to come down so he could show him how to do it the right way. I would much rather go to him then a dealer any day. read more
