Dont be fooled by the bare bones look of this gym - It is real deal. All sessions are by appointment - easily scheduled online. Coach Lou Torres has over a decade of training experience and is willing to work with all fitness levels. I came here overweight and nervous, but Coach Lou made me feel at ease and comfortable providing workouts specifically created for me and my ability. There is no pressure here and Lou provides great motivation. I am now broken in to the gym, and we are working next on my nutrition in order to reach my goals. While never easy, my workouts leave me feeling as if I have definitely accomplished something. Note: I came in with a couple injuries and Coach Lou is helping me to rehabilitate my problem areas. read more

With our entry level (Beginner programs) for Adults or Athletes- all our welcome and met where they are currently at. Being built up from that current point to custom programs for all. Coach Lou has been in the training world for over 10 years. Working for a couple different Performance based gyms over the years and an added value of a degree in Exercise Physiology and all high level certifications. Its a bit of cutting edge science and old school work ethic mixed into TSA.

Parking is in a shared mall lot, so it's free but can get a little crowded during peak hours. It was only my third time hiking, and that's when I realized how much I love hiking. I definitely plan to hike more often. The Blue Trail is considered beginner-friendly, I found parts of it a bit challenging because of the incline. Still, the effort was worth it, the view of South Beacon Mountain was absolutely beautiful. The hike itself was a great experience, especially with friends. Near the train station, there are small shops where you can grab food, drinks, or any last-minute supplies. There are also restrooms by the station and portable toilet near the trail areas. I would definitely come back to hike there again, maybe do the red trail.

If you go in the winter, take caution with the ice when climbing to the top. After about an hour into the trail, you will see a sign to continue on the Full Loop or the Short Loop. When we reached that point, we switched to the Bull Hill Short Loop. It took around 3 hours to complete. The trails have beautiful views! You will see other hikers, but everyone keeps a safe distance. Take time to stop and enjoy the surrounding. There are portable toilets at the beginning of the trail with hand sanitizers if you need to use a bathroom.
