This Planet Fitness location is conveniently located and generally very clean. It is a busier location than others in the area and it can be difficult to get your preferred machines during peak hours. Some of the other members can get rowdy. I've witnessed a few loud and even physical fights between male members while working out. Staff here is excellent and locker rooms are generally clean! read more

As of May 16, 2026, I have decided to freeze my membership at Planet Fitness due to ongoing issues with the manager on duty. I do not feel comfortable continuing to pay for a place where I am consistently met with disrespect and an unwelcoming attitude. This gym promotes a "judgment-free" environment, yet my experience has been the opposite. Until this matter is properly addressed, I will not be returning. I will also be advising my friends and family to avoid this location, as several of us have had similar experiences. This was my third time visiting this location and I will more than likely go to the Newburgh one instead when in the area. The staff was beyond discourteous and never even bother to look up or say hello as I checked in, which has never happened at any location. During my workout, not one single staff member even bothered to leave the desk area, with one sitting on the counter the entire conversation. The cleaner bottles in the facility were empty or close to it. This is also not an exaggeration. I would walk to different stations to get cleaner and they were all out. Staff was advised and they still remained empty for the 1.5 hours I was there. I did not witness staff walk the facility at all or do any type of rounds. This was a huge fail for Planet and this location as it set a different standard from previous experiences and all the experiences I have had. read more

Didn't bother to touch the computer (or even ask for my basic info) just flat out said she wasn't in the mood to help with anything regarding accounts. The gym is clean - The temperature inside the gym is comfortable- The staff is both helpful and friendly- The equipment is modern and rarely out of order- The massage chairs are clean and feel very safe to use- The other members are friendly and most of all considerate of others- The gym is incredibly affordable and provides so much more then what you would expect for the price. Bottom line, it's an amazing atmosphere that i look forward to going to every day and enjoy being at while I am there. read more

One of the cleanest gyms I've ever seen and the equipment looks brand new. For those not familiar with Planet Fitness, there are no squat racks. However, there's a ton of equipment available to get in a good workout. read more
