One the first visit, Jeff examined the direction of sunlight, soil conditions and existing irrigation of our lot to make sure future longevity and health of our new yard. He listened to our needs and wants of our dream yard and even provided us better options and design ideas. My husband and I were very pleased with the outcome of the work. The project not only started on-time but also ended on-time as Jeff promised. Tri-Valley crew was very efficient, professional and courteous. The work took exactly 5 working days. Now we have a beautiful yard with colorful greens and privacy along with a brand new irrigation system. What Tri-Valley did was a magical transformation of our yard decorated with orange trees, lemon trees, pittos, photinias, jasmines, azaleas, camellias, and much more. I can vouch for all the positive things said in the 5-star reviews. Jeff answered phone when I first called, he made plans to visit and have a look at our unfinished landscaping, just a few days after the phone call. Jeff reviewed the unfinished issues in the back yard (drainage, fence repair), and heard my plan for finishing some areas that were left very messy looking (by a previous landscaping company). He made some great suggestions, and offered options to save time & $$ Jeff came with the crews to introduce me, explained to the crew and to me what the day's work would entail. Always on time. Everyone polite and helpful, and worked fast. Finally, Jeff knows a lot about plants and trees and soil. So I wasn't worried about new plantings in early December, I knew he would caution me if I wanted to go forward with planting anything that would be too sensitive as nights get colder during the winter. Courtney handles a lot of the email messages and scheduling for Jeff's business. She is great at follow up, clear and friendly communication. We were very pleased with Jeff and his crew. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and had an in-depth knowledge of plants. He put in artificial lawn in our front, new plants and soil amendments, drip system, tree pruning, and lighting and mulch. He knows all phases of the business, and his crew is FAST. His crew also knows the proper pruning method for each plant, his crew did over and above from the so often used "blow and go" by other crews. Livermore front yard Beauty ! Jeff and his crew were nothing short of professional, helpful and courteous. Jeff met with us prior to the start of work several times to work on design, choice of materials and colors. He was able to take a scratch drawing and idea and turn it into wonderful front yard.
