Go with the other company, NOT this one. It took a lot for me to write this but to be honest, I just felt completely disrespected by this company. Long story short, I started my water wall project with this company back in September 2024, it's still not complete and full of imperfections. The water doesn't cycle properly, there's leaks in the sealant, the stone is brand new but already rusting and the drip waterfall is inconsistent. The company gave me false promises and took advantage of me paying 95% of the project already while giving me several excuses on why the completion date kept getting pushed back. I expressed my concerns to the sales guy and he stopped responding to me. The company set a date to come fix the issues but they ghosted me and never told me they weren't coming. Extremely unprofessional. I asked for an invoice of the material/service but they didn't provide it. I basically paid in full for an incomplete project. They said they would pay for the fixes by another company but they've lied to me time and time again that I can't even trust that and don't want to be out more money than I already am waiting for them to pay it. Recommendation: DO NOT use this company but if you do, 1) make sure you get a detailed invoice up front (materials, service etc), 2) a written completion date on the contract because they don't respect your time. 3) don't make the payments until you are satisfied with the work (their service/communication will decline once they have your money). read more

When I initially called and spoke with Candy, she immediately knew who I was and remembered my project from 4 years ago. I told them that they had 20 days to complete the job from my initial phone call to job completion. Darren arrived the next day to get measurements and talk about the job and my expectations. We wanted to extend the paver work that was already done for our driveway to include an unused side yard and front door walk way. From start to finish, this company exceeded our expectations. I am very satisfied with the putting green Pavers and Turf by O'Neill's built in our backyard. My wife and I shopped around and got quotes from other landscaping companies before deciding to go with O'Neill's because of their competitive price and knowledge of golf. It ended up being a great choice. O'Neill's crew tried hard to make sure I was satisfied with everything about the green throughout the planning and construction process. I was being particular with what I wanted, and so I was thrilled to be able to work together with the crew throughout construction to get the fringe and rough leading into the green to look just the way I wanted. I got to measure the slope of the green and take some practice putts before it was completely nailed down so that I could ensure the putts were breaking as I envisioned. Watching them build the green was impressive. It is like a well-oiled machine with all the moving pieces coming together at the perfect time so they could get it completely done in only 3 days. Now this is solely for the customer service I receive recently from the repair team, and I want to shoutout to Luis, the latest customer support manager. Luis and his support team are punctual, responsive, and helpful. The repair team replaced the popped up old bender boards (red- I keep old photos so you can compared) with metal black boards. I was told these will hold up better over time compared to old ones. It is too soon for me to comment on the quality of new materials. I just want to update the review as Luis and his team did earn my trust back, and they do have my respect for taking responsibility and accountability. Updating to 5-stars! Mike O'Neill saw my review and had Eric come back out to re-do the seam and power brush the turf again. The result looks much better, where the dark/line effect is much less noticeable even in brighter light. I guess the take-away here is if there is no super seamer tool being used, make sure you get Eric on your turf crew :) Part of me is still curious how differently the seams look with the super seamer compared to a well-placed line-seam though haha. Since they did such a good job on the artificial turf, we had them come back to put in irrigation for the plants that we have left and a crushed granite walkway. After talking with representatives from a few competitors and comparing the quotes, we decided to go with O'Neill's since the business appears to be more professional and the price is reasonable even though it not the cheapest. We've removed our pool and were looking for ideas for backyard. I interviewed many companies and then met Kelvin. I wanted to do some paving + putting green. I was looking for a paving company to do the paving, artificial green company for the putting green. Kelvin first came to take a look at our backyard and started talking about ideas with excitement. I could feel he was really enjoying his work. He was so passionate, he spent almost 1.5hr (others usually come and go in 15 minutes).. talking about lots of different things, measuring details. He emphasized that the crews are all in-house. (I did not know what that meant at that time. Later on this) Before meeting him, I was just looking for companies who would give competitive price estimate and had good reputation(ratings/reviews) without causing much complaints with paving / drainage. Kelvin talked me into how to make it less boring and make the backyard the place our family could really enjoy. He first came to see our backyard on sometime Feb, and he came back with the design on Mid-Late Apr.. but it was mainly because it was raining almost until mid Apr this year and we couldn't do anything until it fully dried up. We liked his proposal, made some small changes and expected the work to be started maybe in a month or two.. as you know, everything's slow these days. He told me it'd be the case for most of companies as they sub-contract the work. But he said his team can start work in maybe 2 weeks (and he needs to check with the team), but later that day, he said it can start on Friday same week.. which came as an unexpected surprise. Kelvin told me Erick will be in charge of the project on-site, and he'll be around the whole time and assured me Erick is amazing. I was sold on Kelvin so I was a bit concerned that he's not the one making sure things go right. However, as Kelvin assured me, Erick was amazing. He manages the project perfectly, does not miss small things we just asked on small talks, he confirmed all the details. I was at work and my wife was texting me that these guys work so well and tidy up things as they move on. She was so satisfied with the quality of the work! (that's the most important thing, right? :D) Another surprise was that it took only about a week to fully complete the work. I was expecting somewhere around a month (at least a few weeks). Things go slow, problems happen. I didn't have too much expectation.. but our backyard turned from dirt to nice looking one in a week, with not much to complain about. Erick made sure we were satisfied. He didn't take the last payment until we were fully satisfied. There were a few things we told them after they completed and left. 1. Paving in one area was recessed so water was collecting instead of flowing to the drain. We told Erick about this on Friday, he sent out crews early next week, fixed it by redoing paving in that area, made sure water gets drained properly. 2. After all the work was complete, I hired an irrigation person, tried to setup sprinkler pipe around the newly created space. Realized didn't ask to lay some water pipe before paving.. the guy said it can't be done if paving is already done.. so I asked Erick what I should do.. He told me no problem.. he put sleeves below pavings. And he said he can come out and connect water lines. And today, he came back, showed me where it's located, connected it from the main line, tested and finished up (in just about 15 minutes!) I know this review was long.. but I had to say it all. Kelvin and Erick and the team were amazing, highly efficient and fast. I would highly recommend hiring them if you have any backyard project. You'll be fully satisfied. I am happy to report that Mike was eventually able to come by and address the structural and aesthetic issues with the bocce court. Although the solution wasn't perfect, it was a solid compromise given the issues. I really appreciated Mike's attentiveness once he was able to dedicate time to fixing the bocce court. He also went above and beyond and stained the pressure treated wood, as well as applied wood filler in all the screw holes, creating a nice finish. Additionally, he reassessed the putting green and made some fixes there as well. At the end of it all, Mike assured me that my original experience is not how they typically do business.
