I was pretty upset. I called Joe (on a weekend and he answered) at Spotlight, sent over an idea. His designer Mark called me the following day and we worked out a few simple solutions that would improve my sign to attract attention Joe and Mark knew I was a little upset about losing a week. No No No The installer showed up Friday afternoon and installed two signs and they look FANTASTIC The guys are fast, Mark the designer is all over making your sign the best it can be, The installer (Im sorry I cant remember his name, he wasnt there long enough to chat) was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. FASTSIGNS (Chandler) I contacted them for a project that I had (wrapping my food trailer) I was helped by Hali. Let me tell you the BEST in customer service. I had taken my unit to 2 different locations prior to FASTSIGNS. These other locations did not care about my ideas or my logo that I had. They both wanted to change what I had because it was to small of a logo and they did not want to deal with it. Not only that, but pricing was 2 to 3 times more expensive than what I spent at FASTSIGNS. Hali took the time to listen to my ideas and she ran with it. Never once did I hear it cannot be done. Nor did she sway me from my ideas, instead she built on them and she came up with something that I loved. Not to busy, not to little, JUST RIGHT. She worked closely with her designer Kelly and they both did an amazing job. Kelly took a very small logo which was smaller than an inch and worked it, transposed it, to a file that she could work with and cleaned it up. She added and removed things I did not want and made it so sharp that it looks amazing on my unit. I was shocked how clean it was not only the main logo, but another one that was on my back door of my unit. AMAZING! Then I met Michael the installer. This young man was also so professional and friendly and caring about my project that he made sure to go over each and every detail prior to installing. Even when it was time for pick up all 3 were there to greet me, to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I can tell you 1000% satisfied. These 3 individuals went up and beyond. I am so pleased and I felt it was important to pass on this knowledge because I experienced 2 other companies that did not listen, they both told me it could not be done and they were charging me through the roof and had the worst in customer service. Thank you Hali, she was given a task and she did it with a smile and patience and with me she needed it. She put me 1st, the customer and she got it done.
