I was pretty upset. I called Joe (on a weekend and he answered) at Spotlight, sent over an idea. His designer Mark called me the following day and we worked out a few simple solutions that would improve my sign to attract attention Joe and Mark knew I was a little upset about losing a week. I was expecting at least another week of waiting. No No No The installer showed up Friday afternoon and installed two signs and they look FANTASTIC The guys are fast, Mark the designer is all over making your sign the best it can be, The installer (Im sorry I cant remember his name, he wasnt there long enough to chat) was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. Through my trusty app, I found Decal Monkey. I stopped in one day after work to see if they could make my bolt and hashing. They definitely did the job, and it was done right. I spent a few minutes explaining what I wanted, what size, etc. The nice lady with the glasses (I forgot her name! =( ) helped me and said tbey would be ready in a day or two. I wasn't able to make it in until 3 business days later, but when I went to pick up, they were exactly how I imagined they would be! The bolt was the perfect size and the hashing had the perfect font! I asked if they could put them on for me, but unfortunately, they can only install in the morning when it's cooler. I ended up doing it myself after I followed the instruction sheet I was given. They look GREAT!! And trust me, when you see them, you'll know it's me, haha!! I may return in the near future for another decal. They also offer shirts, banners, hats, and other items you need personalized. Pricing isn't bad, either!
