So off to yelp I go to find a replacement. I came across Show and Tell on a Monday. Lindsey and I had a couple of exchanges via email where I explained the vision. While they didn't have a jersey, they did have a shirt and so be it. She was able to print and have it ready for me by Thursday. I was in West Valley on Thursday, but she stuck around on a Friday afternoon until I was able to pick it up and the shirt was perfect. I originally intended to go to a local trophy shop, but the prices online persuaded me to order them online at Newline. I was hesitant, but they have continuously impressed me. When submitting the order form, it had room for a single logo. After contacting them, they assured me they could do multiple logos for no extra charge. Perfect! I emailed them the two logos, the text, and a reference design I found online. Within ten minutes of submitting the logos and reference, the manager called me. They had already started designing the plate, but one of the logos was too low of quality. He had researched online for alternatives, but could not find anything. I resubmitted a higher quality logo, and by the next day, Ryan had designed an AMAZING plate design. ~~~~~~~~~ TLDR: BEST customer service I have ever worked with. Our organization ordered 26 shirts from them last summer. As long as we were getting ready to order, my phone calls were returned quickly. After the order was placed, it took more than a month to get the order - not bad but not stellar. The quality of the work was excellent, but one of my shirts had a spot on it. When I called to tell them about it, their return calls were considerably slower in coming. Since they are located close to where I live, I drove there and took the shirt with me. The owner, Steve, was very nice and said he would take care of getting me a replacement shirt. That was back in September. I've been calling and leaving messages but NONE of my calls have been returned. I just drove to their shop again, and sure enough - that suite is EMPTY. So now I'm out the almost $30 for my shirt (what would have been my favorite) and I have to shop around again for another business to take care of our next order. It's terribly disappointing to work with someone that comes across as being so nice to find out they can pull something like this. If there's a good reason for what's happened, I can be very understanding. BUT AT LEAST RETURN MY CALLS and let me know what's happening! What a let down!

AND good luck finding a trophy company willing to put individual names on thw trophies for no charge. These guys not only put the names on each trophy, they dont charge for engraving at all.
