What started as a idea to memorialize my Grandmother's day & time she earned her heavenly wings, turned into an unforgettable experience. Jason the owner took on my project personally. He even took time to listen to stories about my Grandmother. Asking me questions that showed he cared & it was more than just another project. This was a owner exhibiting the fundamentals of humanity!! Which lets face it, is rare in our current business climate. Once my project was done Jason took time to write me a card. I read the card when I got home and cried and cried some more. Not just because the words written were so heartwarming. BUT the card was dated on my birthday!!! When my kids were in elementary school I helped out with PTO and we held a fundraiser called "Kiss the Pig" where the classrooms that raised the most money got to watch their teacher kiss a pig. I felt the teachers that kissed the pig deserved a trophy and I ordered some small rubber pigs off of amazon and Tempe Trophy turned them into the cutest trophies. I absolutely love their creative problem solving abilities!!! Now my kids are in high school and I love having Tempe Trophy engrave cups for all of their various activities. Cups are expensive and having their names engraved on them keeps us from having cups go missing. If you need a serial number or any engraving done this is your GO TO SHOP. This place is the BEST EVER. After many phone calls and google searches I was lucky to stumble on to this gem. I needed a serial number for my 80%. I want to first off say THANK YOU Susan (sp.) for the helpful phone call letting me know that they engrave on firearms, and they follow the ATF guidelines for depth and size. A even BIGGER THANK YOU to Keegan and Connie for the best service I have ever gotten from a company. They made me feel welcomed and almost like an old friend not just some new random customer. I had some time limitations as I was only going to be in town for three days. They asked if I was able to wait for a bit, and I said yes but didn't want to interrupt their current projects. I'm happy to say they were nice enough to squeeze me in and did the work while I waited. This meant that they had to pause the work they were currently doing to input my design. I really appreciated that because it was going to be almost impossible between my work schedule to make it back. Big Mahalo to them!!!! This shop is does all kinds of stuff from custom sticker, all types of engraving on all different materials. They have an engraver machine for all your needs. When I was there they were working in some lower AR parts, I even got to sneak a peak at how it's all done. For all you 80% enthusiasts that need engravings done, give this place a call. I'm so happy I found Tempe Trophy! I was on a mission to have a single letter engraved on a small brass padlock. I started at Things Remembered, they wanted an 18$ fee for bringing in my own item. I visited 8 other engraving shops around the valley, who either wanted large set up fees or straight up refused to engrave my piece. I called over to Tempe Trophy and spoke to a delightful woman, who not only told me she'd be happy to engrave my item, but that they'd do it for a minimal fee. When I arrived at the shop on the corner of Baseline and Ash, I was greeted with a smile. She took the time to engrave sample fonts and a sheet of brass, and we both came to an agreement on font that best suited my needs. I dropped off my lock and came back the next day to pick it up. I'm delighted at the result! It's beautiful, engraved with a diamond, and was under 15$ total. If you have any engraving, trophy, or plaque needs, this is the place to go. Great Value! Fast! Friendliest Service EVER! Amazing Work! Simply, THE BEST. I used Tempe Trophy for engraving different items for years at their old location. They are just as great at their new location on Baseline. I can't emphasize enough how nice and helpful Connie is. I always laugh when she tells me apologetically that the items won't be done the same day, but that it will take a day or two. WOW! Most custom work takes a week or two anywhere else. The prices are just as great- other shops will nickel and dime you with Set Up Fees and other charges; not here though. The end product is always perfect as well. The laser engraving is very professional looking. I am very pleased how my three AR15 receivers look. They engraved 3 lines. Looks really sharp. Does not need refinishing. I also had them engrave a shotgun. Looks very sharp as well. These projects are for short barrel rifles and short barrel shotgun compliance. Highly recommended. read more

Makes me sad because I went here based on the amazing reviews I found on Yelp. The experiences the others had were not to be had by me. I had two military-like dog tags I wanted engraved - each was going to have a $12.95 "set up fee" plus the engraving because I was bringing my own item and if they needed to replace it, they needed to cover the cost of replacement. Well, that "set up fee" was 10 times what I paid for each item. Additionally frustrating, was that I was not provided with an alternative solution. If you don't want to do the work, just tell me...don't price gouge me to get me to go away. I really prefer to support local businesses, but since I wasn't getting any help here, I had to reorder the items from a business in Florida that could do the engraving as well. I had a last minute idea for a Valentine's day gift for my wife. My idea was to engrave a huge survival knife for her as a bit of a joke gift. I thought of it and bought the knife a few short days before Valentine's day. I took the knife to the engraving store at the mall and they said it wouldn't fit in the machine. I thought my great idea was done before it began. I called around and Tempe Trophy had the best price (I didn't want to break the bank on a gag gift). I took it in and they said it would be no problem. I wanted it back before the weekend because my wife and I were taking a romantic trip and I wanted to give her the gift on the trip. But I didn't want to pay for the rush service, so I said it would be ok if the engraving took until Monday. Surprise, I got an email the next day saying the knife was ready for pickup, in time to take on the trip. The engraving was exactly how I wanted it, and my wife loved it.
