She called her manager and the manager told us we were to pay for the lotion of have the cops called. We asked to see the video footage of the theft, she then says well there isn't any video footage one of her regular customers told her. We were banned for something we didn't do and was not shown any video of any of us doing such a thing. We would have gladly paid for it if the allegations were true and actually shown footage. Jump ahead to February 2026, I get a letter saying my membership was in jeopardy of being cancelled for lack of payment. I found they continued to charge my account from my cancellation date to January 26, 2026. I only realized it then because I had changed banks. They refused to refund the $266.35 they stole from my account & had the nerve to send me to collections. Their company, and their corporate office, have refused to acknowledge their error and make things right! Do NOT trust this company with your banking information! They will continue to charge you after you cancel and then refuse to admit guilt! Worst gym I've ever dealt with!
