Sylvia spent at least 30 minutes of time going over everything- my options, her recommendations, tips on getting a better tan, etc. Because she took the time to do this on my first visit, I will be a permanent customer. The other girl who works in there is nice as well. I have tried different options on both the mystic tan and the VersaSpa. For anyone looking for a very natural tan, I would suggest the "light" option on mystic. It is by far my favorite. It gives a nice sun kissed glow without being brassy. I purchased a package which makes the price very affordable. The coverage is even and fades naturally. But the staff is really good at making recommendations for your skin color and preferences. Myself and four of my friends went to the Decatur Alabama location. When we were done and had left…read morethe lady working at the front desk called me and my friends back into the salon and accused us of stealing a couple of pumps of tanning lotion that was on the counter. She called her manager and the manager told us we were to pay for the lotion of have the cops called. We asked to see the video footage of the theft, she then says well there isn't any video footage one of her regular customers told her. We were banned for something we didn't do and was not shown any video of any of us doing such a thing. We would have gladly paid for it if the allegations were true and actually shown footage. Very disappointed and appalled at the allegations.
