The fact that he comes to my home to groom is less stressful on my babies. He is so gentle with my girls, they love him. I love the fact they are home, not put into cages and how beautiful both of my girls looks afterwards. Also if you need a pet sitter, again your animals are not displaced they stay in your home. He understands that doing his business by going to peoples houses is easier on your fur babies as well as yourself. Seriously if you want a groomer, pet sitter or walker you will not be disappointed and once you use his services you'll keep using them. As long as he is grooming we will never use anyone else. if it was possible to give a lower rating I would. this past Monday we had to put our ssweet boy…read moredown and when we called (they have been his vet for 4 years) due to cancer of the liver and spleen and internal bleeding. the poor boy could barely lift his head let alone walk or anything. we were turned away in the hardest time of our lives and was told that it was because he was a risk to other animals in the clinic due to his breed (bully mix) and it would take 3 days for them to be able to accomadate us. I could not accept being treated like that as that poor buy has never shown a single sign of aggression he spent every minute and the new manager called to give explanation and gave nothing but excuses stating that she is relying solely on the use of tele vet they only have one practicing veterinarian and he can't keep up with clientele.we have been using this vet for 6years and my family has use them for 15+ years up until dr. Chris sold the clinic everything was amazing. he would be ashamed of how dr.roberto and the new smug management have destroyed this practices and his reputation. I will never be back.

Unfortunately my cat was a Himalayan with a pushed in nose and she died because she was forced to breathe in the flea powder. She was only three years old. After paying the bill for my now dead cat I told the vet tech that they would never see me there again. She even confirmed that it should never have happened....

The woman from the counter took my dog away in a back room or somewhere down a long hallway to weigh him etc...my cat another woman looked at at the counter. Fast forward a year or so...I come back from Calgary with my dog, my cat and a new puppy who was un-neutered. So I took him there. It was reasonable as I got him chipped at the same time. That summer my original dog had a growth on his lower groin area...I thought it could be a tick because it was kinda long with a black crusty black top. He was also limping slightly on his hind rear leg. One of the assistants there yet again took him away from me down the long hallway. She came back literally two minutes later and told me that the growth was just his nipple. She suggested that I come back to see their specialist because she thought that he had a torn crutiate ligament. So we went back and met a lovely older french surgeon who spent allot of time with us explaining all there is about his ligament. Because my dog is part bulldog he was going to cut one of his bones and then re-attach it, using flesh like ropes...(or something like this). The entire thing would cost $2000.00 plus HST. Speaking with my parents (whose dog just had the same surgery) and they told me to go and see their vet. So I did. She ended up charging me $1200 plus HST. I told them what the other specialist had suggested and I got a very funny look. They obviously did not want to comment on a competitor. When I took my dog to get his stitches out, I had noticed that the "nipple" had gotten suspiciously larger, so I asked my new vet to take a look. She said "uhm...this is not a nipple, due to the fact that there is a nipple both right in front and behind this thing. It is a growth" She then stuck a needle into it, took a biopsy (?) and looked in the microscope. She showed me what she saw. Oh, by the way, I was in the room with my dog when all of this happened. It was a cancerous growth that I had removed for $350 that day. Being quite upset that it had been diagnosed as a NIPPLE, I was slightly freaking out in the waiting room while they cut if off my dog. One of the secretary's slipped me a piece of paper with CVA on it. I still have yet to file a complaint with them but perhaps this will be good enough. When I got home I called Dr. Burn office and asked to speak to the woman who had made the diagnosis. She was not there. So I proceeded to tell the woman on the phone what happened. Se expressed shock and dismay and said that the woman in question was not supposed to make those kinds of decisions. She said that she would speak with the Doctor about this. I never got a phone call back. In my 3-4 years going there I NEVER ONCE SAW THE DOCTOR HIMSELF. I think that should say it all.

I have known Diana for over thirty years. We played soccer with her dog when we were in high school. She had cats during her undergraduate years. These days, she has two wonderful dogs and a cat as pets. She lived in Toronto after we both graduated from high school. She took a job as a dog walker, which has honed her skills and given her the confidence to start her own dog-walking company. Through sleet, wind gusts, downpours, and freezing rain, she would be out there walking dogs from various clients, making sure that they were all okay under the ever-changing weather conditions. It is an understatement to say that Diana adores animals. While working full-time after graduating from university, she took courses in Animal Care at Georgian College. She continued working in the veterinarian sector before moving to Peterborough to start Paws and Smell the Flowers. I have seen her treat her clients' pets as if they were her own. Dogs and cats are comfortable being in her care. She makes sure that both the pet owner and pets themselves are comfortable with her before going ahead with the agreed-upon service. Back in December 2016, I got my pet betta. I brought my new pet into the restaurant where we were having dinner, as it was too cold to leave him in my car. Diana fish-sat Bubbles the whole time, as she was sitting on the bench side of our table. It was sweet and shows how compassionate she is. Not just a nick, or a cut, a literal chunk. As you can see in the photos, the nails were obviously cut sickeningly short. This was her second ever groom and she has been terrified of getting groomed since. She is the sweetest dog ever and that experience permanently scarred her.
