Location was clean and welcoming. I was given a pre-invoice for payment before I even got an examination with full xrays and blood work required. I entertained the blood work and was told that there were no viruses. I paid a hefty sum for no additional information. There was no recovery plan. I returned 4 days later for a follow-up, but the staff argued with me when I simply requested a new plan for food and water. From one yelp reviewer to another - location is good, they can take you in an emergency, but I'm not really sure what kind of service I received for my money.

I just moved to town Belleville with two small Yorkies. I looked her (A-1) up on the web not…read morerealizing she was based in Trenton, but everything in Belleville was booked for the weekend. I called her on Saturday and she had us booked for Sunday. She took them both at once and is extremely knowledgeable on how to deal with dogs. Usuually when I pick them up, they are shaking and hating me for taking them to the groomers, but they were happy and jumping around when I picked them up from A-1. She used a hydro-alergetic shampoo which is good as I forgot to tell her that they were alergic to everything. So great service and great pricing for my puppies. Pricing was $35-$40, well worth it.
