If I could give this location negative stars I would. This location employs some of the most disrespectful and rude team members of any establishments I've seen. Several times I've visited this location and witnessed two of them arguing in front of me. After I placing my order at the register I hear from the back of the restaurant one employee screaming and cursing at his colleague. The gentleman taking my order had to look over at the two screaming and yelling to let them know to calm down as there is someone in the dining area. Most recently I was in the drive thru picking up an online order and was told I had to go inside to pick up the order as this would ruin and run up their drive thru time. I've never had issues picking up before in the past and have never had issues at other locations. Apparently this is a "new policy" of which is a moot point now since I'm in line with a car in front and behind me and cannot move. Needless to say they refused to help me and made me go inside. Once inside, I voiced my concerns and dissatisfaction asking to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told they can't give out any of that information. I was then told to leave and that if I dont like the service at that location to stop ordering there. After not being given any contact information to corporate or their supervisor and being given the runaround I took a photo of the employees so that I can show the manager the next time I stop by. I've been for years and I turn my car off at the drive thru window every single time because they take so long. The food and smoothies are great but at some point something needs to be changed. You have to be pretty confident that people will like your ''samples'' to do that and they were right. What I liked the most was my smoothie! When I go for a smoothie, that's usually all I get, but this place serves full meals, too...breakfast, sandwiches, flatbreads, quesadillas, wraps and bowls. Pretty good for a smoothie place! Add a refreshing smoothie to your meal and it will fill you up. My personal favorite is peaches and silk. I usually go for the toasted options like the paninis they are tasty and come with a side. My favorite side is the kaleappleslaw. The staff come out to serve you which is also nice and can get you anything you need. As far as smoothies go, this place is pretty good. I love their peanut butter smoothies and I love that we have the option to select our sugar levels as I typically prefer none. My one grievance with this place is always the teenagers in the drive thru who for some reason always have an attitude. I've worked a food service job before, so I know how it goes, but it's literally every time. I mean what can you expect from a place that attracts teenage employees? There's a girl who has her AirPods in typically and then gets bothered when she can't hear me. It's funny honestly and not really a deal breaker for me. I sipped a smoothie and I liked it. The taste of that detox island green. I hope the local smoothie shop don't mind it It felt so wrong, it felt so right. Spinach, mango, pineapple, kale, banana and ginger, combine that with a supergreen Caesar chicken wrap, and you have lunch that makes ya feel pretty proud of yourself. I do like what I've had coming out of this kitchen, and I think the formula of this franchise is close to what the active demographic they're hoping to connect with is looking for, but I do think they can do more to liven up the product. And asked me to return right away. Well sometimes you can't. So I tried calling no answer. Next time I will sit in my car and taste everyone's drink and have you remake while everyone in gets upset.
