Came here to order through the drive-thru. I got the strawberry acai bowl and with a few extras- coconut, peanut butter, etc. it came out closer to $10, but it was worth it. (I added honey and chocolate nibs to it at home). It comes in the one size and it's a different bowl than they used to use. The order itself took about 10 minutes (which killed the crickets I had for my pet from Clark's across the street, oops). I just saw on the online ordering menu that there's no acai bowl being offered on there, weird. The smoothies are good (but overpriced) but the main issue is that this location never checks their online orders. There are always tons of employees inside standing around doing nothing until we come pick up the order and then they start working on them. Academy & Wyoming location is so, so much better. read more

Went to this location last night, as my usual ones were already closed. Had called to make sure they'd still be open and the guy on the phone did not sound excited to be at work, so I should have expected things to go as they did. Arrived, placed order. Again, Nathan looked very bothered that someone showed up half hour before closing. He came back and explained they used milk for two of the four drinks in my order, but they were "out". He said they could use almond milk, "or I guess I could make some milk". I was like, "I guess use almond milk?" These drinks were kind of a special celebratory thing. So, I took them and delivered them. The PB chocolate and Oreo speedwagon were declared "watery" by the consumers. My Keva Kolada, which is my standard purchase - had no flavor at all. It was the weirdest thing - it was cold, and the slightest hint of something, but basically zero flavor. Ii dumped mine out after I got home. So, I call this morning to speak to the manager. Right off, she was combative and hostile, wouldn't tell me her name. She said she was the owner/GM. She interrupts throughout my telling, making excuses for what occurred. Says "if I had to deal with you..." Told me I am not allowed into any Keva in New Mexico, Colorado, or Nevada and said she refunded my money, when in truth she refunded ONE drink. I have never had these issues at any other Keva in Albuquerque. I would just avoid this location like the plague. read more

Service was really good and staff was super friendly. The product however was not good at all. I got the blueberry açaí bowl and it was so watery and tasted like straight juice. It was so so sweet. I wanted to add peanut butter and it was full of every single bad oil (soybean vegetable etc.). Their styrofoam bowls are too tall and narrow, you can't mix up your bowl and stuff falls out when you try to take a bite. Def the worst açaí I have had. I was not impressed and will never be back. Thankfully staff was very pleasant that is the only positive thing I have to say. read more

A big issue with this store is inconsistency. ALWAYS taste your smoothie before leaving. I ordered a Hawaiian Holiday on 6/23/23 and it didn't taste like they usually do- it was all bitter orange and no flavor of pineapple juice (which I guess was supposed to sweeten it) or orange sherbert. And I didn't see the employee go to the left and add the immune supplement I requested. She already had a bit of an attitude, so I decided not to go back. I think the employees just try to make these whether or not they have all the ingredients. Note: this happens every October when I order the Smashing Pumpkin. Different employees make the product in different ways, so it's totally hit or miss. Unfortunately, I wasted my 10 Keva stars on this crappy Hawaiian Holiday smoothie. One guy working said that they're trying to "rebuild" this store. I'm happy to support them, but tired of getting hosed. I've found that it's pretty easy to buy a bag of frozen, mixed fruit, add a bit of protein power, fro-yo, and some stevia for a great smoothie at home. However, I sometimes like to go out. I always come to this kiva because of the drive up it's always fast and the window servers are always friendly and efficient. I know how hard they work every day so when you can get this kinda consistently it's a win. Today I strolled inside just to see , I ordered. acai bowl and when I do it go all out adding honey, coconut and peanut butter yummy . My server made it so good my only complaint is they changed the bowls up they are probably the same size but I feel they need to be a tad bigger for high maintenance guys like me that load em up.. I understand the costs but the white styrofoam for the juices and açaí s are ugly and are not in touch with kivas image . I have a few things that act as kryptonite for me. Ice cream, cheese, donuts, craft beer and, yes, girly drinks. It doesn't matter if they have alcohol or not, I love the tropical, fruity, umbrella type drinks that most people think are pretty feminine. Hey, I'm confident in my masculinity enough to admit it! So, Keva Juice is a great place to indulge this side of me. At Keva, I can get a fresh squeezed tropical "girly" juice, and even add in a protein supplement, or an immune booster, and feel good about the whole experience. Yep, I can get my health fix and satisfy my need for a tropical, umbrella drink as well. What more could I want? The staff here is great. They will give you suggestions, and even samples, and not try to upsell you on stuff you don't want. Wheatgrass, fresh pure juices, combinations or whatever, it's all here. Swing by and try one of their mixtures. Or make up your own. You can't go wrong with this place. Heck, ask for an umbrella in your drink, just like I do! read more

Keva is the SW Jamba Juice imo. And personally I love it. You're basically forced to get the largest size because besides people with dietary restrictions, I don't know who'd want to order the tiny cup for $4 when you can get the massive one for $5.50. I obviously haven't tried all or even half of the flavors yet, but every single one that I've tried so far is so good and delicious. To say that "drinking keva" is one my highlights when visiting abq might sound funny, but it truly is!!! read more

This place always has good staff and good smoothies. I usually get the Passion Paradise, but I've also tried the Blues Brothers, blended Chai, Orange Julius-flavored one, and some others. The only compliant is they don't seem to switch up their boring fro-yo flavors often... The cherry on top was when the drive-thru guy gave us some frozen bananas in a fro-yo cup for my puppy! The acai blend was mostly ice and had no flavor, granola is super generic and basic, and the strawberries were the kind of weird preserved strawberry you'd find on top of a grocery store cheesecake. This is great Keva Juice location. The staff are always warm and friendly. If you're in the mood for a light meal (or a tasty snack) definitely swing by. On a recent trip (first week in January) I asked if they still had the Holiday Nog Smoothie. The staff member who was working the desk went to check if they still had some eggnog. They had just enough for one more and while he made it, he made a point to start a friendly discussion. After he finished making it he got another cup to give me all the leftovers in. This was the most memorable time that I experienced great customer service here, but they're always great. As far as food goes, it all depends what you're in the mood for. Want to throw health out the window? Go for the Oreo Speedwagon. As for me, any of the smoothies with Pineapple juice are my choice (with Keva Colada being my favorite). Again, you can't beat this place for a relatively inexpensive treat or light meal! read more

I always enjoy what Keva Juice has to offer. They always have a wide variety of options and patient, nice staff! however every time i seem to go to this location I run into issues. The staff isn't as patient and always seems very overwhelmed. Most of the time i only see one worker, which would explain why its never running smoothly. i don't blame the the workers but i think they need to come up with a better system or understanding within the staff because it noticeably is effecting customers.
