The smoothie I had was the Paradise Point, it had strawberries, bananas and pineapple. Very tasty! I hope to stop by here again and try some food items. Every single time we go there (again, only because the food is good) we're left waiting at the window and when they finally notice us waiting they forget what our order is. Rude service on more than one occasion. Poorly trained young staff with seemingly no management or leadership visible. Ordered a chicken quesadilla and order was repeated correctly when I paid, but when I returned to my car and opened it, saw immediately there was no chicken. Went back in and politely let them know and a young petite girl with black hair rudely grabbed it and tossed it in the trash with attitude. First let me say that the food and smoothies are excellent. I have zero issues with the food or anything that comes with it. My issue is with the management or in particular, Cindy, I believe her name was. I came in and had a $36 order. I gave the cashier, Jade my hundred dollar bill and she let me know that they do not accept hundred dollar bills. However, she noted that she thought that she had enough cash in her drawer that she can go ahead and complete the transaction. She did let me know that she had to let her manager know and that's when Cindy came over. She told me that they do not accept hundred dollar bills. I asked her where the sign was and without even responding she turned around and walked away while I was talking. Completely ignored me and with an extremely bad crappy attitude. I must also say that Jade who is at the cashier was 100 times more helpful and with a good attitude and was extremely helpful. When Cindy came back I again asked her where the sign was stating that they do not except bills over $20. She told me that nobody in the shopping center accepts bills over $20. I know this is a lie because two days ago I was at Slapfish and used $100 bill there. Without issue. Just to make sure I'm not crazy, I called every store in this area after this mishap and all said they accept $100 bills and one laughed and said, "this is America, we don't turn down money or we'll be broke tomorrow". Cindy wouldn't look me in the eye. Started talked to fellow co-workers when I was talking. I simply wanted to know why she thought a customer would know a particular store doesn't accept bills over $20 without a sign (she couldn't show me where this sign was that she said existed) and why she was acting rude to a paying customer. Well. It's fruit. In a smoothie. And both things we ordered taste absolutely like garbage and are inedible. Absolute waste of money. I guess I didn't see one of the items has Splenda in it and the taste is so overpowering that it just tastes like Splenda water. Underwhelming. After looking at the reviews we were on the fence since Yelpers are a pretty astute bunch. Oh well - you only live once right? Walked in and there were only a few people at tables. First sign. Staff was moderately friendly but not the "welcoming" kind. Like, "Hi we're glad to see ya'!" The menu was fairly extensive with sandwiches, wraps and bowls, flatbreads and of course smoothies. We picked the Thai Chicken Bowl and Hummus Veggie Bowl. Suffice to say this is something that I could've picked up on the way home from Trader Joe's. Expecting more? Perhaps. Just average fare though. I should have listened to all of the others who left reviews on this place. So my best friend lives in KS and somehow we talked about this place and how much she loved it...fantastic, we have one, I'll try it (I thought). We stopped by here after our oldest sons soccer game a couple of Saturdays ago, but we decided to go through the drive through because our youngest son had fallen asleep. Granted, we had never been here before, so we were a little slower...but there was no one behind us (it was around 2ish) so we looked over the menu fairly quickly and made our order. The girl who took our order (I want to say Katlyn, maybe?) was so incredibly rude, I couldn't believe it!!! When we asked a couple of questions she got so annoyed with us it was SO obvious. We only orders 2 wraps and 1 smoothie...it wasn't like our order was massive, but apparently we were too "needy" asking questions about sides!! Anyway, my husband wanted a smoothie too after we already ordered and paid, so he drove around and went in. He said no one acknowledged him when he walked in...it was almost as if they were doing us a favor by speaking to us. Super weird!!! Long story short...terrible customer service. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I got the açaí smoothie and it was really delicious! I also tried the chicken pesto flatbread which was soft, filling, and so good. I have never really been a huge fan of smoothies until I found this place. I am literally obsessed with the Health Nut smoothie and the All American wrap for breakfast. I have tried many of the flavors on the menu and they have not disappointed. Their wraps for lunch and also filling, but they also offer healthy options which is great for someone like me who is always short on time. First time visit here and was really looking forward to a smoothie and fresh food, in hopes to remind me of the freshness found in Cali. During a pandemic, we were thankful they have a drive-thru and also curbside. Initially, I attempted to call in my order over the phone, but no answer. The line was disconnected as if they did not exist. Then, I tried to order via my mobile device on their website. There was a little bit of difficulty ordering online for curbside, not very user friendly, so thought well let me just try the drive thru. Well, it was so busy! Not just there, but in that entire area, so I parked and really got down to business to figure out how to order online. Got my order placed and surprisingly was going to be ready fairly fast. Waited, waited, waited.... Watched workers run food out to cars in a craze...still waiting...and waiting... I go to the front door of the business to knock and signal my phone about my online order. A lady came to the door to let me in and informed me that online orders must be picked up in the drive-thru; only phone in orders were curbside....Wait, what did she just say? There was no ring the multiple times I tried calling... Confused and upset, she handed me my order that had been sitting out on the counter for who knows how long, my smoothie melting.. Get back in the vehicle and...no flavor... my smoothie is just barely blended up ice.... Can't believe it! The island quesadilla was also not the best. Overall, pretty dang disappointed in customer service and food. I do not think I will be back. First of all, Going through the drive through with no other cars in line and no one inside the store, the wait was 25 plus minutes.
