There were two immature teenage girls and a young guy with twisted hair rude as hell. It's time for management to step up. Don't eat at this location unless you want to be spending more time picking rotten lettuce out of your food than being able to eat it. For the last 2 months I have gotten a salad from here 2 times a week and it has had at least a handful of rotten lettuce/cilantro each and every time. I was hoping it would of changed because I love their salads but it has not changed. I do not recommend. read more

I ordered the Detox Island green smoothie. This smoothie is delicious and naturally sweet! I went during lunch hours so there was a bit of a wait, but upon placing my order the cashier was very pleasant and patient...because I had no clue what I wanted. When I arrived at the window to pick up my order the drink was definitely larger than expected. The cashier informed me that all of their drinks are water based. I have frequented this location since they have opened; I've never had a problem however, today the cup broke apart and smoothie waste in my driver seat. Prior to that I watched the worker shake the cup back and forth in mixer which I'm sure damaged the integrity of the cup. I spoke with the manager whom which spoke with the general manager who informed me they would not pay to have my driver seat nor speakers cleaned but, would refund me the smoothie. Bad business! Not only is their food good, but their smoothies are great. Even the healthy ones taste like normal amazing smoothies. I am worried about the sugar count though, but I love that they offer lime straws too. Lime Straws are good until they get slimy. They make the smoothie taste 10x better though. We are in the area for work and I was excited to see one of these as the one by us is gone. Anyway, restaurant is clean and nice looking. Ordered my food. Cashier was not friendly. Did not seem to be familiar with the menu and seemed confused by everything I ordered. I ordered my food and asked if I could have cookies as a side, she said yes, I paid and looked at my receipt and saw I was charged for two cookies. Which is fine, don't mind paying for them, but would like my free sides that come with the wrap and salad I purchased. I went back to the cashier for ask for this. She ignored me first, then asked what sides I wanted- fruit and kale slaw. I get my food (from an employee who was friendly) and realize there are no cookies. I go to the front to ask, the cashier is too busy talking to her friend who is sitting on a high top chair. She rolls her eyes when I tell her the issue and gives me the cookies without making eye contact or saying anything. Just awkward, unprofessional, and unnecessary. On that note, the food was okay but I will not be coming back. Would recommend not having the least friendly, least knowledgeable employee as the first and main person customers interact with. read more
