The chefs work behind a glass sushi area and you can watch them prepare your rolls if you'd like. The only thing I didn't really like was that the staff seem to be trained to rush you out of the restaurant as your eating. They will take your order and then after a few minutes if you enjoying your food, they will bring over your check and ask you if you're ready to checkout. May only get about 2 bites into your roll before this happens. I don't know why but all of their wait staff do that so I assume they are trained to do so. In other words, you may as well order your food Togo as they ask you if you would like a Togo shortly after processing your payment. Again, you could be a quarter of a way through your food when they ask so you will have plenty still left to put into a togo box.
