This location is so clean and well maintained in the little strip mall it's in. The boys running the register and making the smoothies were so helpful with suggestions and friendly! The smoothies are fantastic. Our favorite is the detox ginger smoothie. It's so fresh tasting and really isn't heavy even though it's 24 ounces. Also go for the mocha madness. Been ordering the same smoothie from different locations for over 15 years. Well over 20 times from this location. Something changed with the ingredients recently. The kid tried to make it again and it still tasted horrible. Whatever you recently changed with either your whey, peanut butter or yogurt has cost you a customer. My smoothie was ready on time for pickup so I could just grab it and go. It was a smooth process and could totally see myself doing this again. Usually not one to leave reviews however, I've worked in the food industry for years and consistency is important. I've been to multiple tropical smoothie locations and the chicken bacon ranch I got from here was the skimpiest sandwich I've ever received. It resembled more of a burrito than a flatbread, 10$ to be left dissatisfied and disappointed. Let this be a lesson, make sure to check your food before you leave. read more

I am so happy I tried this cafe. The food is fresh and delicious. The smoothies are made with real fruits and veggies and they offer gluten free and vegitatian options as well as meat substitutes for the sandwiches. They have small tables and bar seats where you can watch them making the smoothies. I got the chicken bacon ranch flat bread. Crispy bacon, fresh tomatoes,crisp romaine on a soft fluffy flatbread with chicken. Oh so fresh and delicious. They offer 3 sides chips, fruit, or kale and apple slaw. GO FOR THE SLAW!!! Such a refreshing and delightful combination perfectly dressed not too heavy, I love it. Make it a combo and add a smoothie. The service is fast and friendly and very good prices. I don't live in this part of town but stopped by when I had an errand to take care of in the same shopping center a few days ago. Maybe it's just been a while since I've been to a Tropical Smoothie, but I was blown away when I walked in. The furnishings are really nice and makes it more comfortable to eat and drink in the actual establishment - with smoothie shops I've always been used to grabbing and going, but this felt more like a casual restaurant. As far as the service, it was great. Everyone was friendly and the GM, I think her name is Cassie, was really nice. I didn't get any food, just a smoothie, but it was delicious. I believe it was the Health Nut. If I'm ever over in the area again, I'll definitely be stopping by. Excellent smoothie and quick lunch spot. read more

3 stars because of the customer service and clean environment, otherwise it would have been lower. I literally get the same smoothie at every tropical smoothie location I go to (Winter Park, Lake Mary, etc.) and have never had chunks. This one had so many pieces of green in it, it was terrible. I have a blender at home that can do that, but I get these ones because of their super smooth consistency/expensive blenders that a normal one couldn't do. Was pretty bummed, and also took a bit of time when there was only one couple in front of us that had already ordered, but there were at least 4 people behind the counter. Stopped by for breakfast before a little roadtrip with my boyfriend and had a delicious meal. We ate the southwest wraps (so good! not too much cheese, just the right amount of chipotle mayo) and had smoothies as well. My boyfriend is allergic to tree nuts and the staff were very accommodating and used a clean blender pitcher. We feel just the right amount of full and have some of our smoothies left for the ride. What a wonderful place! I was craving a Thai tea boba and stopped by to see if they had any boba options. Sad to say, they do not have boba tea's. But, what a pleasant smoothie and breakfast surprise. I had the watermelon mojito smoothie and a breakfast peanut butter banana crunch flatbread. WOW . Sooo good! I was able to visit this spot twice and so far, soo good! First of all, I'm always excited when a brand new spot opens up in this area (Hunts Club/Bear Lake) and not to mention it's a new HEALTHIER option as well. As I walk in, one of my absolute favorite things about this spot was the vibrant, contemporary and welcoming atmosphere. I love the tropical colors and very clean space. There's a good amount of table seating available and barstool seats at the counter. The staff has been very friendly and helpful with smoothie recommendations and explaining the food menu. The food is here is pretty good. Nothing out of this world or super original but it's a nice variety of healthy and freshly made meal options. I got the Baja Chicken bowl at my first visit and I liked it, except the sauce was a bit too spicy for me. I do love that they go half rice and half lettuce, I didn't feel the carb overload feeling I've had with other rice bowls. I tried the Thai Chicken Wrap at my recent visit and definitely enjoyed that a lot more. I do like their Apple Kale slaw but it's probably not for everyone. Price can be a little high for food depending on what you order. Now for the smoothies here, so good! I ordered a Paradise Point smoothie and the Avocadolada the second time. Both smoothies were so refreshing and not overly sweet and they weren't watered down either. The Avocadolada was a bit of a risk for me but all the ingredients mixed very well together, I recommend it for those who love avocado. So far I really enjoy the smoothies here and would come back again and again just for that. And the food is a nice plus. Great customer service too! read more
