My favorites are the dragonfruit lemon splash, mango passion, pineapple tropi-kale twist, and a little sweet smoothie called the cookie crusher that tastes like a cookies'n'creme ice cream treat, but with a straw. My personal favorite, though, would have to be something called the dragonfruit berry breeze that was seasonal sometime last year, but they can make it anytime and goes down smooth and refreshing. Since moving to the Altamonte Springs area several years ago, I was always in search of a healthy, authentic, and original smoothie place. I finally found it! Planet Smoothie is so convenient because you can order pick up or delivery through third party apps or through their website. Obviously, you can also stop in and order in the store. It is a family-friendly atmosphere and is a delicious treat for the whole family! Ever since I discovered this hidden gem, my life has literally changed. The Colada Whip (I add frozen yogurt to mine) is AMAZING! I cannot get enough. Also, the Strawberry Coolatta (I add honey) is also incredible! I love that they have large sizes. I end up drinking my entire smoothie (usually 32 ounces!) in under 10 minutes! or less! Once I get that first taste, I simply can't put it down. The people who work here are friendly and quick and were helpful in recommending a smoothie my mom can have that won't hurt her stomach since she has certain dietary restrictions. I appreciate that immensely. I just can't get over the fact that people are thinking they are making a healthy choice heading some of the orders lol. I digress. I love planet smoothie....for their smoothies!! But, this time I was sooooo craving an Açaí bowl so this review is related to that. Let's go by looks...I usually love how cutesy & colorful açaí bowls are. It's what helps them look so yummy! Welp....you are not going to get this here. They basically made a smoothie, put it in a bowl instead of a cup. Put 1/2 a banana on top & some granola. Taste. Now If it was just a açaí smoothie. The taste was great. But they said it was a açaí bowl...so I was expecting layers of flavor. The ingredients in the one I ordered was bananas, strawberries, açaí & peanut butter. They blended everything in the smoothie blender. Poured it into a bowl & put stale granola & a lil banana on top. They should know better than to serve anyone this mess & call it a bowl! Do yourself a favor Planet Smoothie. Just stick to smoothies!! This was a smoothie! I paid $8.99 for this crap topped with stale granola. I dusted the old granola off, and ate my smoothie with bananas in it. read more

I came here during the week for my free birthday smoothie. Every time I've come here in the past it's always pretty much empty, and I'm usually the first in line and today was no different. My go to smoothie is the chocolate Elvis, and of course it really hot the spot for an afternoon snack. I would recommend planet Smoothie, even better if you have a coupon! Ordered a smoothie , wasn't made right . Asked for another and it wasn't made right either. Didn't ask which form of protein add in and assumed I wanted pea protein over whey. The lady was not friendly and during payment, the card reader was a little off set up wise and she became frustrated when I was trying to pay. Will not return at all, threw both smoothies away. Google hours and even Yelp hours show that this location opens at 7 am. The online ordering system allows you to order a smoothie for pickup as early as 7:15 am. BUT I drove to this location this morning to get a smoothie for breakfast and they did not open at 7:00, or 7:01, or 7:02.....I waited until 7:06 and then had to leave since I was already going to be a little late for work just to get a smoothie. It is extremely unprofessional to not open your business on time and it inconveniences your customers. I am now sitting at my desk at work with no breakfast. Thanks for nothing. read more

Planet Pro Light is the way to go. It's pretty much a complete meal replacement with 25g's of protein and two fruits of my choice. The calories are low and so are the carbs. It doesn't taste like a typical protein drink either. I get the small and it ends up being under $6.00. The place is clean but the music was extremely loud today. With a $400 blender at home there was no longer a need to go to planet smoothie. So its been probably a year or two since i stopped in there. Recently we were out and about and decided to stop by. Wow the place has a whole new look. Very nice and clean in there. Smoothies are still as good as I remember. Add a protein pack to go and get a better tasting protein drink then syntha6 or gnc brands. Im sure they could drop the prices a bit though. But oh well. read more

They offer only smoothies here plus some packaged items, no hot food, but their smoothies are very good. Chocolate banana is always a favorite. Lots of flavor packed in their smoothies. The service is good and fast. It never takes long to get in and out if you're in a hurry. The location is next door to some other food places if you feel like a smoothie and meal. This planet smoothie is Phenomenal! "Welcome to the Planet!" They greet everyone that walks in. I've been there over a dozen times already. The staff Liz, Brie, and Natalia are super friendly and always have great recommendations based off what I craving. My main two go to are the Road Runner and Lean Green Extreme. The store is clean, the staff are upbeat, they have a bunch of interesting products to pair with your smoothies like ostrich beef sticks and muffins. I love planet smoothie. I've been coming here for years. One of the things that is very important to me is a time that the store opens with this particular store is supposed to open at 7 a.m. it is now 7:10 and the store is not open and I can see that there's someone inside but obviously they don't care enough for the business or care about their customers to open in a timely fashion. There's different planet smoothie that I could actually go to but this one is near my house usually very efficient with the exception of one girl that works there she usually opens up in the morning she's a slender white girl she gets upset if you make any request other than what's or on the menu. I'm quite disappointed because this was actually supposed to be my breakfast and now have to make other plans. It is now 7:12 and the store still has an open customers have been pulling up and pulling out which i think is not professional at all. I hope Mgr actually see this post and hopefully they can make some adjustments changes because I really do like coming to the store because of convenience. I'm quite disappointed. read more
