I'm just adding this review to remind myself not to order here again. The quality is awful. I ordered a Thai chicken wrap that consisted of tons of carrots, brown lettuce, a few specs of chicken and a sprinkle of dressing. It was dry and the ingredients were not fresh. 2/10 would never recommend to anyone. The açaí Nutella bowl is smaller than Playa bowls. Less options for customization here also. Can't add protein powder or anything. The fruit was also not very fresh. They only fill the açaí to the bottom line of the bowl, so most of the bowl is just hard granola. Didn't taste horrible but for the amount you get and quality of fruit, I'll stick to ordering from Playa Bowls. read more

I would give this 0 stars if possible. My daughters placed an online order and when they went to pick it up they supposedly couldn't find their order. After waiting for over 20 mins. my daughter asked if they could look into her order and the manager replied "Can't you see how busy we are?" and then never found the order despite us having a receipt and a charge on our credit card. When I called later to inquire about the situation she was extremely rude to me as well with no resolution. My husband drove to the location to get our refund and she refused saying she couldn't find the order. My husband had to call the police dept. to escort him into the store to finally receive a refund. We will never ever to go this store again. read more

After +10 years of this being the case, my mom has finally accepted it :) This location has been remodeled within the last year or so and looks so much better! They nailed bringing the "Tropics" to Ohio. My go-to is an Island Green smoothie (sub Splenda) and a Veggie wrap. Admittedly this locations sometimes makes the smoothies too thick, but the past few visits have been great! They have a great core food menu and the "combo" comes with a smoothie and side - either chips or fruit. Make sure to download their app for the Rewards Program! For every $55 you spend, you get $5 back. While not the most amazing deal, for a loyalist like me, I just appreciate any discount I can get because it's typically $10-12 per person to eat here. read more

I would give negative stars if I could. The service here was horrendous. We waited 15 minutes just for someone to take our order, then it took them 30 minutes to get us the food we ordered. I understand being busy, but when we asked about the status of our food, they hadn't even started it. When we got our order, some of it was wrong and when we went to ask for it to be corrected, the lady was so rude and had an attitude then told us they didn't have what we asked for. Tried this location since I heard the far Hills location isn't that good anymore due to new ownership. The staff at this location was friendly and knowledgeable however, my smoothie tasted water down and there was trash all over the store. Even the trash can was overflowing. I got a Tropicolada which isn't on the menu anymore but they will still make it for you if you ask. Others in my party got a peanut butter chocolate and banana/chocolate. Tropical Smoothie has been our favorite smoothie chain for over a decade. Sunrise Sunset is my oldest daughter's go-to and the 9 year old gets the children's Chocolate Chimp add peanut butter. I like Blimey Limey and Chia Banana Boost and anything carrot when they have it. I usually order mine with no sugar or 1/4 sugar depending which smoothie it is. Every time we are in the Dayton area we HAVE to stop and visit! Our favorites are peanut paradise and Hawaiian breeze ( not on the menu anymore but they'll still make it thank goodness). If you're like me and want to be healthy but didn't have the time or money to make a green smoothie in a vitamix blender, TS is your place! Tucked in right in the shopping plaza next to DLM, they have a nice decor! Typical of TS locations, a cheesy islander jimmy buffet margaritaville-esque, but still bright and more pleasant than most! They also have a nice big new TV. I love that when I've eaten a really heavy meal the night before I can roll out of bed and drink a detox immediately. The yhai chicken salad is delicious and so are all of their soft bread wraps! Always fresh and made to order as well. It's always deliciously healthy and I'm never disappointed. read more

We stopped in here and it was busy. I am going to attribute the quality of my smoothie to the busy factor because it was completely tasteless. I ordered the jetty punch and it tasted very faintly of strawberry and more crushed iced. I thought it was my taste buds and my cohort said no. It was not good. They had the peaches and silk which was tastier. I just don't get the thrill here. Sorry for bringing the house with my review but I need to be honest. I used to frequent this location often about 10 years ago. It was always delicious and always on point. This is my first time coming back after a few years. I don't know if they were having an off day today or what but first off, it took about 20 minutes to get our food and there were maybe 4 orders ahead of ours. I ordered everything to go. My Thai Chicken Bowl had no dressing, one semi big piece of chicken accompanied by a few other small chunks, the lettuce looked like it could've easily been a week old, the wontons were soggy and the entire thing had an off flavor. The orange I got with my bowl was old and dry and I ended up not even getting to eat it. We were also not given napkins or silverware. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because my daughter enjoyed her ham and cheddar wrap and junior jetty and my boyfriend enjoyed his kiwi quencher. However he also commented about the lettuce being old in his wrap as well. We will not be returning to this location. read more

This isn't so much a complaint of the store, but of the workers. The people who had the 4:30 shift at 4/26/19 were behind the counter when my friend started choking on her smoothie. Her face was red and we were calling for help, and all the workers did was sit and stare at us. The ice she was choking on melted and she was fine, but was very shaken and scared. As a restaurant employee, one should be able to react quickly in this type of situation and the workers clearly could not. I am extremely angry at this and hope appropriate consequencess are put in place. read more

I frequently come here for lunch (usually a bit early to avoid the rush, especially when Centerville schools are in session). They are very fast and always seem to be offering something new, served with a side of smile. My best friend and I came here last week and each ordered a smoothie and one omelette wrap to share, we took a couple of bites & noticed it tasted weird...the ham on it helped to overpower the weird taste, then we pulled it apart and it smelled awful! I can't believe I even ate this, they gave us BAD CHEESE! I was very polite and took it up to the employee and let her know that the cheese was bad...all she said was "no it's not bad cheese." I just told her I wanted to let her know for future customers so they wouldn't get sick...I was SO sick that whole night.
