3 egg made to order omlette

Super friendly staff with Felicia & Amy serving up fresh hot coffee with a smile, Daryll the Duke of delicious Omelette's and James working the dining area. Great food and comfort here. They have ALL the ingredients for a great start to your day no doubt!!

Food is a 5. Service was a 2. As I stood in line to get a build-your-own salad at ingredients, another gentleman stood nearby waiting for his food to finish cooking. When his food was ready, the gentleman behind the counter loudly yelled across the room at him "YOUUU! HEY YOUUU!.... YOUUUU!" Sorry Ingredients, but the correct answer was "Excuse me, sir. Your food is ready." Watching this interaction already put a bad taste in my mouth. I stepped up to the counter to order my salad. The look on the gentleman's face told me that my presence was an inconvenience. Don't get me wrong, the quality of food at Ingredients is fantastic. The ingredients truly are fresh and the chipotle vinaigrette dressing is something I wish I had in my fridge at all times. I also love that Ingredients mixes the salad for you before they put it in the to-go container. But If I'm spending $11 on a fast-casual salad, I expect the person behind the counter to be at least mildly pleasant.

Rude workers, old dry donuts for $4 ea, and messy kitchen area. Selling leftover donuts for double the price doesn't make sense.

Ingredients is always my go-to for salad. I haven't had a bad one yet. I have also had their pizza and paninis and they are amazing!

Food was decent and this was the only place open for breakfast at 7:30 near my hotel. Service was unfriendly.

Or you can be seated at a table in a large open dining area. Very community conscious with a ramp for wheelchair to get from main hostess area to the dining area. I was seated right away. Being visitor from VA Beach, I asked what's the recommended dish, the server suggested omelette. But I wasn't in the mood for omelette so I saw shakshuka. I tried their Green Goddess version that has spinach (instead of tomato sauce) and feta. The food is a solid 3. I also ordered the Dubai Chocolate latte. It was a 3 as you taste more the milk than the chocolate syrup. I also got their chocolate chip banana bread.

It was tough to have a conversation across the table. The food was a mixed bag. We enjoyed the French toast and bagels, and the mujadara had good flavor - a smidge dry. The tuna, which was supposed to be medium-rare, was overcooked and dry. The service was subpar. While a staff member (manager on call?) cleaned a table next to us, she accidentally sprayed one of us and their food with cleaning solution. We mentioned it to her and she apologized with no offer to replace the food. Our waiter was kind enough to agree to replace the food at our request. The previous staff member who sprayed us brought out the replacement food and rudely served it to us with attitude and without utensils. We had to flag another waiter down for utensils. Mistakes happen but the handling of this situation left a sour note on our celebratory brunch. We expected better service etiquette from Cafe Alma but left really disappointed. I hope management reviews how incidents like this are handled in the future.

Overall it was a bit overfilled so it was very messy and hard to eat. I could have done without the hidden coconut shavings inside. KIMCHI & EGG CROISSANT 5 I had this one for breakfast. I warmed it in my air fryer for 6 minutes on 330 so it didn't overcook. The croissant was flaky and delicious, and the kimchi added good flavor without being spicy. I would have liked to see a little more mozzarella but overall it was tasty! SOBACHA CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIE 4 Also tasty, oversized cookie. Soft and chewy texture. CINNAMON ALMOND BLUEBERRY TOAST (THURSDAY/FRIDAY ONLY) 5.25 Very good. The cinnamon filling reminded me of a brown sugar pop tart. I warmed it in my air fryer and it was perfect. Would order again. I just wish they had an espresso bar!
