I ordered ahead on the app, for pickup at the convenient drive thru. Perhaps take back convenient from the drive thru, as it is an odd angle and a bit hard to maneuver. I pulled up to the order board and let them know I had a to-go order. There was quite a pause, but I guess they found my order and had me proceed to the window. Service at the window was less than friendly. Luckily my smoothie was fairly good. I got the acai smoothie with no added sugar. Our family LOVES this Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Sometimes we just pop in for smoothies. Sometimes it's Smoothies with a great wrap. My wife loves the Beach Bum with Dark Chocolate. I love the Muscle Blaster - with Blueberries instead of Strawberries. The Mexican Wrap is delicious. So is the Thai Chicken Wrap. Service is great. Fast. Always tasty food. Enjoy! read more

The food and smoothies are delicious! And a great price too. However, the online ordering system may be unreliable, and be aware there is a lunch rush. I'll definitely go back, but a series of events caused an epic my 2nd time there, but was finally resolved. Details: I placed an online order Monday at 5:19pm with a pickup time of 5:33pm. I arrived at 6:15pm.... (1) the order never showed up on their system even though the charge went through. It happened to another woman earlier that day also. They couldn't make it because a storm started about 6pm and the power went out at 6:01pm, but my meal should have been ready before the outage. (3) Tuesday the power was still out (bad storm) not their fault but I had driven there to discover this, and Wednesday 10am I called to say I'd pick up my food at noon. I got there at 12:19pm and there was (4) a huge line at the drive thru and inside. My food was not ready, which was disappointing. Everyone thought I was being impatient when I said my food should have been done, saying "ours too!" but I explained I'd been waiting for 3 days, since Monday and called a few hours prior. I feel a little bad about that because it was the power outage that extended the delay, but I didn't want other customers to feel like I was a "karen" or that the owner was playing favorites by getting me my order before theirs. I ate my food and it was DELICIOUS and now I feel bad for being demanding at a time the owner was running a marathon fulfilling orders for the lunch rush, pacifying dozens of hangry customers. While he had 2 helpers he was the one who worked the hardest, but probably will reap the benefits as well. read more

Very disappointed as I have had many tropical smoothie experiences at different locations and this was by far the worst. Not only did they not know what to make they gave me the wrong persons food. Then they made the worst version of my go to Caribbean jerk chicken wrap. Awful taste. I would not recommend this location at all read more

If I could select no stars I would. Their customer service skills here are absolutely terrible!!!!! Literally had 2 drinks to go and no open space in my drink holders of my car as I got food before stopping here, that came with drinks. They freaked out at me because I asked for a drink carrier and their "policy" is they don't give one out unless you have 3 drinks... like how cheap can a restaurant be, to be SO rude to a customer over a freaking drink carrier! My son and I loved going here and we have a tradition to go after church on Sunday together. But unfortunately this is our last time coming to this location. Their customer service needs to be worked on. When we first started going to this location the owner (I'm guessing) told me to get the app so I could earn point to get some items for free and save money in the long run. I now have 700 points in my account, this is the SECOND time I have tried to use my points to get a free REGULAR side with my sons Jetty jr smoothie (which is 300 points) The only thing that the regular side excludes is the sweet potato and corn. I was not getting either one, he wanted the banana. Which says nothing about not being able to get the banana as a regular side. They either 1 said I didn't have enough points or I had to upgrade to the non kids smoothie (which again doesn't say anything about a kids drink being an exclusion to getting the free REGULAR side) in order to get the side or 2 I didn't have enough points, and the problem is my phone. I told them I didn't want the banana and they charged me for it anyways. I get that this is a business and you need to make money...I have my own business but I would never tell a customer that they are the problem and not try and make it right with that customer. VERY disappointing and will not be returning. read more

As a big fan of Smoothie King, I was a little skeptical of this new place in Loveland. I mean, how could it compare to the 'king' of smoothies? But, I was out shopping with my daughter & this place caught her eye. I have to admit, I was impressed. My first impression was really positive when we walked in to find ourselves greeted by such friendly staff in a very clean & welcoming storefront. I was completely clueless about what to order, but after studying the menu settled on something with peanut butter (my fave!). My kiddo got a smoothie & a chicken wrap. Wow! The chicken wrap was top notch! Super fresh & delicious. I kinda wanted to ask her for a second bite. My smoothie was really silky smooth & tasty. It did not taste like a Smoothie King product...but I was hooked. It seemed a bit lighter & I could get a hint of all the ingredients. We made a second visit & I chose a different recipe, which I liked even more than my first one. One thing I love about this place is the price point. It's about 1/2 the price of what I normally pay for a small smoothie at SK, but they only offer 1 size & its BIG. Nothing better than discovering something is excellent & also easier on your wallet. I really hope this place thrives in Loveland. I could see this becoming a go-to place for me & it's just around the corner from my house. Perfect! I encourage you to give it a try.
