I've been here a few times, got both smoothies and food and it was good! taking off one star because one of the last times I went, the smoothie I ordered- triple berry oat- did not seem to be blended enough. it still tasted fine though but it was more liquidy on top and more solid towards the middle- end. not an issue, just an observation. other than that, everything was fine. read more

Idk about the other reviews, but this is one of the only locations ill go to for tropical smoothie!! I am always greeted, never had a problem with my order, and never had a bad experience!! The main difference between this location and others is they ACKNOWLEDGE their customers. I cant tell you how many times I walked into different locations and I cant even get a "hello" or even "are you here to pick up?"... instead I have to awkwardly wave down the employee lol. Very silly. Been coming to this location for 5 months now and will continue to! Thank you staff !!!! read more

Our server was Lauren P. She was very friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable. She was able to prepare a smoothie that was discontinued using alternative ingredients on the spot. This location was clean and organized. I will definitely come back, as well as recommend to friends/family. read more

Had high hopes for this place but my first time will be my last. Had them make me a Detox smoothie and when I went to have a drink it felt like there were some leafs left over and not blended. After couple more sips same thing continued to happen so I spit out what I thought was a leaf but to find out it was clear plastic wrap. I emptied out half the cup over a strainer and found more pieces. When I went to the store they just played it dumb, I noticed the gloves they were wearing, they were also clear and thin plastic and that's when I made the connection! The plastic in my drink was a used glove. All they offered was just to remake my drink. No sorry for the inconvenience, or will give you your money back or here is something for our short falling. My advice, try your smoothie in the store for extra ingredients before you head out the door. read more

I very rarely give bad reviews but I seriously need to for this location. Hopefully the owners can save it before the young crew destroys it. I've been there 3x and everytime I visited this location, the service is worst than the last. They are very rude, they don't even talk to patrons, They try and keep as little interaction as possible I think they are bothered by people coming in. And I tipped her $3 and some change For 2 shakes, She didn't even thank me. From here on I will go to the location on 12 mile and John R. read more

i only come to this trops because it's close to my house otherwise i wouldn't waste my money here because they always manage to screw up my wrap even after i've called and told them what was wrong.. they didn't melt the cheese!!! after the fifth time of not getting it melted (the other trops has no problem making it the right way) i decided to give up complaining. instead i take it to work and throw it in the microwave because they obviously don't know what they're doing.. read more

Very rude! The staff at this location (Fraser) is always that way and probably stems from the manager! I live right by it and avoid going there bc they are rude! I always try to go else where to not give them my business. Rediculous! Tiffany and Maddie are awful. Not expectable...totally not for the costumer and not understanding at all! I always have a problem there. I told them my sons both needed sanitized containers due to but allergies & I they told me that these certain ones (that I was ordering) are always in a sanitized! Wrong. I went somewhere else and they totally said yes...if you say in a sanitized then we will make in a sanitized (obviously no nuts involved). Fraser location is not for me and I would never recommend! Please go elsewhere!!! read more

Just about the slowest drive thru I've ever been to. It usually takes 15-20 with maybe 4 cars I front of you and it's been this way for quite a while. Quality of the food is pretty inconsistent as well. Try a different location if you can. read more

Checked the website and google for hours, which said they closed at 9. Got dressed and drove there arriving just before 8pm. As I was getting out of my vehicle one of the girls ran up and turned off the open sign and locked the doors. One star for the inconvenience. read more

My sandwich had cold cheese. I took it back in (2 minutes later). They asked me for a receipt. They remade the sandwich and the cheese was melted but the meat was freezing. I'll steer clear of this place. read more
