The worst Tropical Smoothie ever. The floor was sticky and it wasn't noon. Females didn't have on hair nets. The young lady who took our order had an attitude. It was not a welcoming environment. My fiancé spent $54.00 for poor service and the food was disgusting. I ordered the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap and it was disgusting. It was cold inside. Once I had to go in and get it myself, and the second time I had to call them. The second order was also wrong. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and they gave me one with chicken. I placed an online order for myself & the girls in my office & when our dasher arrived she only had two smoothies less the two bowls & sides we had ordered. Mind you, 1 of the 2 smoothies was just a cube of ice with green liquid floating around it. After I spoke with the owner and manager, I was given a $9 refund for a $35 order I was promised a full refund for. After the $9 refund, my office manager called back and the manager of TS agreed that we should not have had to pay the full $35 after the owner REFUSED to talk to us again. After 10 minutes of the manager asking him to join the call, he finally was on the phone and repeatedly yelled at us about how he did not have to offer a refund and how they still had our bowls at TS. Sometimes the smoothies here taste like just... ice. Definitely far from fruit & veggie packed. In addition everything is pretty over priced and it's not the cleanest place. The seating area is never dirty, but you can look back into the kitchen and things don't look the most.. kept. Smoothies taste good but they only offer an extra large or extra small size, and with the "regular" (which is basically extra large) size will run you about $7 on average. I hate giving less than desirable reviews but this is one of the most disappointing locations I've ever been to. They offer curbside pickup that you can order online. It said my order would take 11 minutes for 2 and a half smoothies, making it a 12:30 PM pickup. At 12:25, we waited in the car and began noticing the line outside the door getting longer. To keep up with COVID-19 practices, the inside was closed off from customers to enter. You could tell a lot of the customers as well as a Door Dash delivery employee were getting antsy for their orders. At 12:40 PM, I placed 2 calls to the store while outside in my car to get some insight. No answer. Finally at 12:50, an employee with a cart full of unmarked smoothies approaches the front door. Cue the herd of customers rushing the front door to find their smoothie. (At this point, social distancing flew out the window). My husband walks up and gives our last name. The employee had no idea what our order entailed so had to go all the way to the back to find it. We finally get our smoothies at 12:52 PM which are all melted, super messy and dripping down the sides of the cups. I paid extra for the spinach and kale super pack, but the employee forgot to add it in there. The line was so long, we opted not to get our refund for it. No apologies or explanations were given about the holdup. I can confidently say I will not be back to this location again. read more

This is by far the worst tropical smoothie location I have ever visited. I have given it a few times because it is so close to my place of residence, however after today I will be driving far away to visit a different Tropical Smoothie location. Every time I go and even if I order online, I still have to wait at least 10 minutes before they get their act together and service me. That is the whole point of ordering online. To not have to wait when you get there, but they somehow forget that. They must be shortstaffed because they never are organized, the owner is rude and always arguing with customers about charging for a dressing or extra for whatever. She's very cheap and easily overwhelmed. In the words of the customer beside me... The place is ghetto as it can possibly be. As I waited in line today there were kids screaming and playing in the closed off dinning room obviously belonging to a staff member. They are rude, unprofessional, and the place should either get it together soon or close down completely. It is not beneficial to the community. Overpriced sandwich and salad place. The food is good and they have healthier alternatives than your average fast food, but I can't justifiy the price. The portions are also very small. If you go, I'd recommend going for the grain bowls. At least it's something different and it leaves you satisfied enough. This is the most unprofessional establishment I've ever been too. The management must not care about the operations at all. When I walked in to wait in line no one greeted anyone that was in line ready to order, the cashier was shouting at customers who had already ordered asking them what they ordered.
