Wish I could give 10 stars for service. This staff is phenomenal. We decided to go inside because everyone in Hinesville seemed to be in the drive-thru, and I'm glad we did. My wife and I were greeted by the friendliest Starbucks staff I've ever experienced. The whole staff was great, but shoutout to Lindsay. She was super sweet, wished me a happy Father's Day, took my order with a smile, and made small talk that had both my wife and me smiling. She did accidentally take our order wrong, but people make mistakes. Lindsay handled it with humor, fixed it immediately, and we all had a good laugh. I put in a mobile order at 4:09 to pick up inside the store. Estimated time it would've been ready was 4:15pm. I got there around that time, knowing it's estimated, so I waited. About 20 minutes passed so I went up to the register to let them know that I was waiting for a mobile order. They told me they were a little behind and they will get to it ASAP. I waited another 30 minutes, no acknowledgements or "we're working on it" I finally just asked for a refund and left. There were so many people during this time coming in after me and getting their drinks. This was so upsetting. read more

Came here to grab some coffee before dinner and the closing staff was super friendly! Tyler made us some really good iced lattes! Megan and Maddie were on drive-thru and were getting all the cars out quickly while still interacting with the guest inside, and Ashley was cleaning up for closing (everything was really clean and organized.) They also have a cute little station where you can write letters to soldiers. Made sure to grab everyone's name because they made our visit super pleasant. Ridiculously long wait lines on drive thru at all times of the day, completely understaffed.

I would give them a 5 but every single time I go there it's such a long line maybe 10-15 cars deep maybe even more (which I know they can't control especially because it's the only one in town)Overall they are pretty fast in past for the long line though! At around 10:30 AM, they were already out of cold brew and ingredients for a mocha cookie crumble frap. We also ordered two chocolate croissants, and were given one. We asked for the second one and the barista/cashier at the window immediately said "it only says one," in which we replied "you repeated it back to us," because she did. She mumbled something under her breath about repeating it back, and after actually checking the order, said "okay it's coming right out." The barista has a crap attitude. I had been waiting from 9:50 until about 10:30 for a drink. When I asked about my drink, I even mention people that came in 15 minutes after me got their drink before me, they tried to pawn someone else's drink off on me to get me to leave her alone. Then proceeded to say it wasn't her problem and that she didn't care she just clocked in. Which was a lie, she had been there long then I had, so she knew I had been there a long while and didn't care, then I only received a partial refund for a 5$ drink. read more

Do you want great customer service? Then this is the drive thru to check out! On my first visit, their machines were down so they were treating everyone to a free tall iced or hot coffee. Not bad! The second time when ordering my drinks, they asked how I'd like the Americano - with water or creamer. I've never been asked that before so many thanks for the attention to detail. On my latest trip I tried the Maple Pecan Latte. It came out fast and was the hottest drink ever! But skip the Maple Pecan Latte as it wasn't really mind blowing. You're better sticking with a PSL or some other nutty latte. read more

I absolutely love the fact that we finally have a starbucks off post. Biggest downfall, their hours change so much it's hard to know if I can depend on them for my morning coffee or not. Some days they're closed with no notice on their app, one day they will be open till 7 pm the next they close at 1 pm. Some days they open at 5:30 or 6 some days they'll open at 7. I get that we are in a pandemic right now, but at least try to keep your hours somewhat consistent otherwise we can just go down the road to Dunkin' Donuts which hasn't changed their hours at all. read more

Opening day and this place did not disappoint! I love the great location in the city of Hinesville. Inside the coffee shop is much bigger than most others with plenty of seating. I go here more times weekly than I'd care to admit but I am happy to say that I'm always happy with the service I receive. The bathrooms inside are so clean and stocked.. which is impressive considering usually businesses slack in that area! I love there coffee and there chicken wrap they have its my favorite! I usually get the coconut vanilla bean iced coffe and its refreshing and gets me goin. I am a coffee fanatic and literally order from here every single day. So you would think I would not have to return drinks as often as I have been the last month. I don't know if there are issues with management or bad product but I order the same 3 drinks 7 days a week and at least 5 times I have to return at least one of them to be remade. Some times I literally dump it and just go without because even after I ask for a remake it is STILL wrong. The service is great. The baristas are so nice and really try but the coffee is why I visit. And when it is wrong and for the price it's very frustrating. read more

Listen, I wanted to buy some clear Starbucks cups for my home so I sent my daughter to pick up some and buy me a Iced Caramel Macchiato. I wanted the clear cups but when my daughter asked for those cups, one of the associates said yes we have those but they change colors, so I asked (while on the car phone) are they clear; he said yes and my daughter bought those for me with her own money. But when she got home they weren't what I was looking for and to top it off; the batista didn't give her a receipt. So as we called to try to return for the right cups, they refused because of no receipt that wasn't given in the furst; but it's on her bank statement where she bought them and we called corporate and they wouldn't do anything! So now I am stuck with 5 cups I have no use for! I am so mad that as a big company would have such a foolish policy that hurts the customers and have us not wanting to be a returning and loyal customer! I just ordered a hot chocolate in a regular glass mug 2 drink in the store... I sat down at a dirty table, and they gave me my hot chocolate in a cup, I asked for the mug agn, & then decided since it was busy 2 just take the cup. The girl who made it was quite nice & said she w/correct it. I then mentioned that I would like a glass of water 2, she said no problem. When the other girl, blond bob w/reindeer ears on brought both to me she wiped off the table and told me that next time I need water I should order it w/my coffee.. nice that that a young woman thinks it's her place to correct a customer.. The only reason I'm giving this review two stars is because the barista that took my sandwich order was pleasant. However, I did a mobile order and a young lady I think her name tag said Lia was not very friendly. I ordered a coffee and an Americano. After watching her put the hot water on top of the shots of espresso I asked if she would stir for me. She obviously had an attitude. Well what's funny is the Baristas in a Starbucks that my husband and I attend on a regular in NC suggested the stirring when getting white mocha shots in my Americano. I am usually a very good tipper to the Baristas as I feel Starbucks is the Chic-Fil-A of the coffee industry. In this case, not very much. I'm disappointed and when in Ga will never again visit this Starbucks. Btw, I happen to be a Healthcare Advisor for the state of NC and was told the hospitality in GA would be great! Third time I have visited this Starbucks within 2 weeks that upon arrival with already pre paying / mobile ordering for the drink, they say they are out of cold brew. The price of cold brew and iced coffee is not the same, but the barista was hesitant to give me any sort of refund or compensation for the price difference between iced coffee and cold brew. The wait times are beyond ridiculous, and the barista did not provide adequate customer service. read more
