The service up front in the register could improve. The cashier was very unhappy/not even a smile or a welcome or nothing to any customer. He looked like he didn't want to work. Also I asked for a peanut paradise and was given a sunrise sunset and was given a Bahama mama instead. It was changed and when the one I asked for was given to me was like drinking cold water with strawberries. A lot of tourist visit this location is a shame. Remember customer is always right. I have been getting smoothies delivered from here for the past few months now. I always get the detox island green. It's naturally sweetened and has kale, spinach, pineapple, mango, banana, and , ginger. It's 180 calories for this huge cup and so good for you. It's s not too sweet but has enough sweetness to get a healthy drink down. I can tell you that they are consistent at getting this drink right and I always feel good drinking it. I've ordered here quite a few times for lunch with delivery. Smoothies are good with lots of options like flaxseed but I am highly disappointed in their food. I use to frequent the location in Metro West and they always cut their wraps. This place does not, making it seem like you just ordered a huge burrito that is hard to eat. Not the same. Honestly, I've never known any restaurant to serve their wraps in an unwrapped fashion uncut. It's also worth mentioning that they didn't provide a straw once, making it hard to enjoy as I tried to pour in my mouth. read more

I heard her going to the back asking others what my name was on the order. I told her my name was Sarah and she kept Calling for a Ciara. I overheard the employees saying how are you going to tell the girl how to say her name and laughing. She came and handed my meal and I told her about my smoothie. She gave it to me with the cover falling off. I asked her why wasn't it closing and if I could get another cover and she said it doesn't close. I looked at her and saw others around me who received their order with their smoothies closed. I end up leaving because she clearly didn't care enough to simply get a new cover for my drink. I placed an online order Jan. 26 2024, granted it was at the incorrect location. However, I made a second order at the right store, and paid for that order. Of course I called, 2677 W. Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee FL 34741 for a refund on first order. I spoke with Camela which informed me Sarah the manager will not be available until after 4pm and I need to call back. Once I called back I did speak with Sarah regarding my refund. Sarah assured me that the refund was submitted, and I should see the adjustment with my bank in 7-14 days. Feb. 14th and the refund still has not reflected in my account. At that time I called the corporate at 770-821-1900 and spoke with Claudia at 9:53am. She also assured me she saw the transaction, and will take the necessary steps to issue a refund. Well, here it is March 8th 2024 And I still have not received my refund. I called the corporate again, spoke to Jade and all she could tell me. She sees the request and will send it up appropriate dept and I should wait. I asked for this situation to be escalated, and her manager, she tells me there is no escalation and no manager there at I could talk to This is unacceptable for a company such as tropical smoothies to have their business run in such ridiculous matters. I've been to many tropical smoothies all across Central Florida. Never have I experienced such horrible customer service as I did at this specific location at the loop. To begin with, tropical smoothie isn't the cheapest Restaurant around and there are many other places I can go to, but the vegan options and delicious smoothies they offer are worth every penny. I walked into the loop location right after a work out. As soon as I approach the counter, the young lady who looks like she is miserable and doesn't want to be there, tells me that I will have to wait over 10 to 15 min before she can even take my order because they are "busy". I literally had no words at the moment. Even the lady behind me couldn't believe what she was hearing. Now mind you, it was 5pm and you can count the amount of people that were inside. There was even room to sit down..... Anyways, I turned around and walked out. Went across to Pei Wei and they served me in less than 5 min. As a service member who is on vacay with my family I thought I could take my younger baby brother for a quick smoothie. Instead of being greeted accordingly... I'm told if "I can't read the signs on the door" I'm confused and ask why she's asking me that? I read that masks were required and had mine on. So what was the issue? She proceeds to say nastily "We're not serving you till that kid has a mask". I explain how masks are required for adults, that little kids not necessarily. I never thought I'd meet a Karen as the server. She was extremely nasty. An older woman at that and didn't have to be sarcastic, hostile or rude with me. Absolutely the worst Tropical Smoothie I have ever experienced! Im new to this area and unfortunately this is the only TS close to me. In the last 2 months I have made 5 orders and all 4 orders were terrible. Two orders were too time consuming (even with ordering ahead 30 mins in advance) One order was made through doordash and they gave the dasher a completely wrong order with my name on it. This last time, I came to pick up a free smoothie that was offered to my as an apology for all their "mistakes" and instead when I came into the store the employee told me "if our food isn't good here, why do you keep coming back?" This location is an absolute joke and disgrace to tropical smoothie. Hopefully some one from higher up can get a hold of these employees before they run it to the ground. read more

This was the second time I visited this location and it will be my last. I ordered in person and it took 20 minutes for me to get my order! They have a staff of at least 7 people in the back majority which are teenagers, only 2 seemed to be working on getting the food items together, but the others were just chit chatting and not helping out at all. It makes no sense they have full staff doing nothing while a dozen customers are waiting inside and outside of the building for their orders. Not only is the service terrible and ridiculously slow, but 2 customers came in not wearing masks and the staff said nothing and took their orders. They should have told them to put a mask on as the sign states on the door before you enter, but no. To make matters worst my smoothie was not even properly made, but I was not going to wait another 20 minutes for one. read more
