The experience was absolutely horrible 1 they told me that they can't take my order because there system is updating and it is 1:30pm and that it will take 15 minutes and if I go inside they can't take my order mean while I'm outside waiting they are helping people in side 2 they help the people inside with both registers and then when the line gets bigger they close one of the registers so the wait time gets longer 3 when I'm trying to order the registers person does not speak English so I do what I can do to talk to her in Spanish 4 after 15 minutes of waiting for my food I take my food and at that point it's 2:25 pm and both sandwiches that I order are incorrect read more

Location is convenient, dinning area is clean and bright however the service and food is awful. Ordered the food word for word from what the menu says and the cashier repeated ingredients that were totally different so I had to ask if what he was suggesting was exactly what I ordered. Then I sat at the table in front of register waiting for my order to get called but I heard everyone else name that were in line behind me so finally made i eye contact with the cashier and he finally called my name out. I asked how long as my order been seating there and he said unfortunately approx 10 minutes, Manager saw my expression and asked what happened then proceeded to touch the sandwich wrapper to assure me it was still warm despite the fact the fries were sat there. I went yesterday for the first time to have breakfast at this place, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. From the start, the customer service was terrible. The cashier, Yorgelis N., had an arrogant and sarcastic attitude that completely ruined the moment. I asked a simple question about whether the toast came with butter, and her response was sarcastic: "I don't put it on, the cook does." Obviously, I understand she's not the one cooking, but as a customer I was just trying to understand how the food is prepared so I could order correctly. I tried to continue asking respectfully, explaining that it was my first time there and that I wanted to know if the breakfast came as a combo or included potatoes, and again her response was sarcastic, as if my question was ridiculous. It's very uncomfortable when, as a customer, you're made to feel ignorant just for not knowing the menu. Even more so at 8 in the morning, when you expect to start your day with a pleasant experience--not a negative attitude. The reality is that service is just as important as the food, and in this case, both failed. It doesn't matter how good the product might be if the customer service is this poor. I went to Meson after a visit to the bank. The place has changed. It was much different before Covid. The drink machines are gone and now the service station seems empty and orphaned. The food is still good and the decor and finishes have held up. It looks as fresh as when I first been here. The interior design is better in comparison to other quick serve restaurants. There are contemporary design elements that remind me of Puerto Rico without being too nostalgic or kitschy. In addition to the steak sandwich, I had the sorullos. These corn sticks are addictive and I can't seem to find them anywhere. I hope one day they bring back the drink machines. read more

HORRIBLE! I really wish I could give this place negative stars. I went through the drive-thru and apparently no one speaks English here?!?! I tried my best to order two Medianoches with fries. The lady didn't understand me at all and kept repeating back the wrong order I wanted and even though I kept saying it over and over. I finally just drove to the window and a guy was there who spoke some English and I was trying to ask him if the sandwich came with a drink because I was trying to order the meals. The food was very good. The service was great. Very clean. We have passed it for years and heard it was great.

This place is amazing! You just know when there is always a line at the drive thru, you just have to check things out! When it's your turn at the order speaker, the friendly employee greets you in Spanish. Once you begin speaking in English, the conversation will be fully in English. If your new to the food and picky eater ask what it brings inside or included. They stay on point with the original flavors. But if you ask before hand they will kindly take your request. And the coffee is like a piece of goodness in you palette. Excellent sandwiches. Not too thick and not skimpy. Well seasoned. The bread is perfect with the right amount of crusty crunch and soft interior. The prices are very affordable and even adding a drink and fries ($4.00) only brought my total to $10. Good fries portion and the drinks are self-refillable. My only complaint is the chicken Classico without cheese is messy. I spent my time constantly scooping up the shredded chicken that had fallen out the sandwich and putting it back in. Next time, I would have to add some cheese to hold the meat together. We also tried the chicken nuggets that were a pleasant surprise made with real chicken and a nice crunchy exterior. We were also surprised that each nugget was not small but a pretty good size. An absolute must is the red velvet muffin: Oh My Gosh....absolutely to die for with a nice crusty top and the moistest insides that was not overpowered with chocolate chips. It like just melts in your mouth and is quite dangerous because I could sit and eat like more than one of their more than generous sized muffins. They also have a drive through but the line was long (a sign that people liked it) and thus we went inside which even though crowded, they called your name decently quickly (considering they make the sandwich as you place the order). Overall: we did not give 5 stars because their sandwich choices are pretty pre-set and making changes was not easy (had to go through like 3 people to approve a change, make the change, and then ring up the change and then they got it wrong). Otherwise would have given 5 stars. Place was clean, tables too close to each other, but based on frequency of customers they needed them close. Will indeed go back again!! The soft pillowy soft cloud of mayorca split in 2, ready to be filled. The eggs nice and fluffy with the melted layer of gooey cheese on top of the egg. With the finishing touch of an almost thick layer of powered sugar on top of the sandwich which makes it all that much tastier.
