I am not sure how this restaurant doesn't have 5 stars because THEY NEVER disappoint. I absolutely love their customer service and their food. You also can't leave this establishment without a snicker doodle cookie because its simply the best. Our family of 4 are obsessed wit this place and we have to go there at least once a week. Used to work here back in college when it first opened and was clean and efficient...it has since changed ownership and tends to be dirty, unorganized...and expect long wait times! The quality of ingredients has gone down hill, they always seem to be overstaffed but still painfully slow. I literally waited 15min for an Avocalada when only two other smoothies were ahead of me and they didn't have any call in orders at the time. The girl kept trying to blend and re-blend it and added at least a half cup of water! (Avocalada is the easiest smoothie to blend and pour bc it is so creamy...I have no idea what this girl was doing. It was icy and chunky and super watered down). Super sad bc the previous owner took pride in the details and it's really gone downhill. read more

I was in the other night monday i believe. I know i cant expect top of the line professional employees in this line of work, but i do expect common courtesy along with manners. I wasnt sure what i wanted so i asked the cashier she was some college kid with dark brown hair i think i heard an employee call her allysa or allison. She was very impatient with me like i was an inconvience to her. She had such a poor attitude and looked miserable. I used to be a frequent customer, but after this encounter i dont know if i will return to this location. This was not a great experience at all and to top it off she messed my whole order up too and acted again if it was an inconvience to correct my order even though it was her mistake. read more

I have experience wrong orders being given and extended wait times for orders with no good reason. Your food and smoothies are great but your service is poor when it's busy. Waiting half an hour for a smoothie when you got your sandwich 15 minutes earlier makes any meal experience feel disjointed and chaotic. As your restaurant gets busier and busier you guys need to find a way to deliver your food more efficiently. Let me first say that I'm a big fan of their smoothies, but that's where it ends. My boyfriend and I were there at 7:30 and the signs said they closed at 9. I heard the one girl say that they were closing at 8. I said to the girl "your sign says 9, but you said 8". She replied that they just changed their hours. I said that they should at least hang a temporary sign. Some guy worker said "it's updated on Google", and I said "so...your sign says 9" and he states again that it was updated on Google. As if the entire world is gonna go to Google when they pull in and try to figure out why they're closed. I then checked, and both Google and Yelp still say 9 pm. This guy was so incredibly rude and oblivious to proper customer service. I was so irritated that we almost left. But after a long day, we decided to make out order "to go" and just avoid this place in the future. read more

The best smoothies I have ever had!!! They use 100% real fruit and you can certainly taste the freshness. No funny stuff added like some other brands. Stuffs here are healthy and refreshing. Most of the time it's fine. Smoothies always taste great and the food for the most part is fine. Recently I had an incident where I ordered and paid for two sandwiches, got to work only to find one sandwich. I called in and the manager had stated that she would put a voucher behind the counter for me. Came in to redeem and there's nothing there for me. It's fine and I'll always be sure to check from now on. Just disappointing and you shouldn't tell someone you're going to put a voucher and not do it. read more
