LSM has a smallish coffee bar, with ample offerings. Their to go refrigerated section has vegan/gluten free offerings: salads, soups, bowls, sandwiches. Upstairs, takes you to every grain imaginable, spices galore, local cheese/dairy/meat/pickles, frozen goods, cereals, stocks, sauces, juices (too much to list and remember). Their granola is GF AND nut free! Their bowls aren't skimpy... They pile on the toppings. And they have homemade "extras" you can add, which made my chosen seasonal bowl (caramel apple) over-the-top delicious. And... they have coffee!? It was a bit strong for me to drink straight (definitely more coffee than dessert... ) so I drank half of it and saved the other half for the next day to blend my own stuff with... which ended up being delicious. The meringue is light and fluffy, and I would recommend getting if you like sweet things. Pina colada tastes exactly how you'd expect (virgin). Also, the empanadas seem really good and were popular. In the span of me waiting 25 mins, someone came back just to order another beef empanada. I would highly recommend you ordering here and trying it out!

The employees spent the entire time arguing with each other and about customers on the phone. Using foul language and cussing in front of the customers. The woman running the the stand was very sweet and knowledgable in helping us pick a drink. She made us turmeric tea and asked us if we wanted agave, ginger, lime and/or lemon. We tried the tea with just agave and ginger and it was delicious. Turmeric is super healthy for you and has lots of antioxidants to keep your immune system up (especially during this crazy time)! We also saw on the menu that there was Hibiscus juice which had mango, orange, ginger, beets...some other fruits and it sounded interesting so we purchased it. We thought she was going to blend it in front of us but actually it's already pre-blended in a bottle and she just went to the cold display and grabbed it for us. I'd like to try more drinks this stand offers because the drinks I got were great. I love healthy drinks that are naturally flavored/sweetened.
