Long story short I had a food order made incorrectly and when I asked for a remake I even apologized for them having to go through the trouble of remaking it, in return I was told it was my fault I ordered it incorrectly( I am allergic to one of the ingredients so I knew for a fact I didn't order it wrong especially since I get the same thing every time). First time there today. First of all we ordered sandwiches & the girl told us that they came with a side dish. When we paid we were charged an extra dollar for each side. When I asked about she said the sides we ordered were "premium". We were not told any them had an extra charge. I ordered a sandwich with avocado on it & the avocado was not even close to ripe. It was very firm to bite into & not much flavor. My son ordered what was called "maple kissed" sweet potato's. They were so dry you couldn't swallow them. We have been to this location multiple times and it is good. The customer employee interaction is usually good. They greet you when you walk in and answer any questions you make have about anything on their menu this location is normally dry clean, which is always appreciated. You do not have to wait long for your smoothie and sometimes they just bring it directly to you if you have taken a seat to wait. The parking lot can be a little full at times due to the surrounding stores. The drive thru can take a little time depending on what the person ordered ahead of you. read more

This place is health conscious I think, they serve a decent variety of food, all simple stuff but packed with good nutrition, or so the menu says. I ordered an ultimate club sandwich. I was super excited to grab a quick lunch here with my husband before we started on some DIY projects, mostly due to the nostalgia factor because I remember this chain from when I was stationed in Virginia Beach. I guess the times have changed my mind on what's healthy. They add sugar to all of their smoothies unless you tell them not to. On what planet do fruit smoothies need extra sugar? Added sugar is a huge problem and this chain claiming it serves healthy smoothies but then putting in fine print that sugar is added to all smoothies unless another request is made is misleading. My husband got the king Cesar wrap and said it was alright. I got a turkey sandwich. It was also alright. Definitely not healthy with meager veggies and white bread with a ton of sodium. I have only gotten the strawberry banana smoothie but after tasting it the first time, I don't want to try anything else. That smoothie is so good and huge! It seems like the workers are trained in production but not at all in service as across all locations they are minimally conversational and scarcely welcoming. The General Manager at this specific location is the absolute worst. You can tell she is not aware that her employees are struggling behind the counter. I had to wait inside for 30 minutes because the drive thru line was pact. Behind the counter you can see the employees slaving away making food during lunch time while the manager is talking to her friends that wanted to visit her i think. i tried asking the manager how long the wait for my food was and she rude and completely ignored me. Other than that, the food made by the employees was delicious. I know they tried their best while the manager was doing her own thing. If you go there, ask if the manager made the food because she always gets my order wrong and is different every single time.
